  1. Who do I turn to to have my pay statements audited?  Long story short I am in a union and ever since we got a new HR I've been receiving less on my Vacation payout despite moving up into higher pay bracket.  I asked the shop supervisor to contact the union but not receiving much response. 

     

    When I question management they give me the formula and the numbers check out but I think they're not properly adding my whole income for the year.

     

    Would H&R Block do it?  Certified Accountant?

      You should be able to calculate it yourself, it is 4% (2 weeks vacation) of your gross pay before taxes, or 6% (three weeks vacation) after 5 years. Or based on how many weeks paid vacation you get, example 8% is 4 weeks ect.
