too bad you bought a mixer
expensive
i have used bread makers as a mixer and proofer for my bread
when it has risen the last to final time
i remove the dough from the mixer
knead it into 2 loaves
put in traditional loaf pans
let them rise a final time
and put them in a regular oven
you get proper sized slices that way
and the breadmaker provides a double function as a mixer and proofer
it is usually way cheaper then a mixer
i just don't like the size and style of bread it makes
if i let the breadmaker bake the dough
