  1. I know it's early but it was looking like a CFL crowd for the Rams home opener. I still think after giving the middle finger to three fanbases last year it is going to bite Goddell and the rest of the owners in the ass down the road. There's more to life than revenue and there's an equally exciting product in NCAA football that fans can flock too. Professional sports in general is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. This week it happened again in Calgary, owners threatening to take their toys elsewhere unless Joe Public can pony up some coin so billionaires can get richer. Of coarse it's even worse in the NHL because some of that new found revenue will have to be used to prop up the struggling sunbelt teams. Anywho, onto week 2. I sure hope Rex Ryan isn't doing the Pats/Saints game(I know he wont)
  2. It always feels good to vent and get things off your chest so to speak even if it's to strangers on the internet. The path to a better way of life begins with just one step. I wish you guys good luck! On a lighter note, I can't believe all this time I thought the saying was 'nip it in the butt' when in fact it's 'nip it in the bud' a gardening reference and I used to be a landscaper too. #$%^ no wonder everyone thinks I am a some kind moran
  3. So yesterday I found out I won a free cruise and I may be getting sued, also Gary from Big Brother called and they'll be in my area.  I sure do love my relic of a landline.

The weirdest wrong number I ever had was when working security at a Costco cross-dock.  The phone rang and before I could answer "Costco Gatehouse", a woman and 2 kids broke into a heartfelt rendition of Happy Birthday.  Most awkward, "Sorry, but you have the wrong number" ever!

I know how you feel Tre Mac. My clan had a special 531-**** number that it hurt to lose when it all fell apart.

That was back in the 80's..before paradise was fully lost.

btw..if you act fast(pm me $89.99$), you can get this unique bonsai plant & your very own pruning shears!

Act now, there's only a few left...

lol some east indian dude called my cellphone and said i won a million bucks, im so lucky.

  4. Cattitude! That's good your cat's diabetes went into remission, I didn't even know they could get diabetes tbh. My cat once killed a bat and brought it into my room. I almost picked it up thinking it was just a piece of cloth! What's impressive about that kill is she doesn't leave my place so I don't know how she manage to kill a bat on the patio. I always felt bad that her early kitty life she roamed a huge house with a dog and after my mom passed away I had to move into this tiny 650sq. ft place where she could no longer go outside. I miss that furry batslayer.
  5. I think it was both, it started first then towards the end it came on after SNL or maybe it was just a re-broadcast. My cat never paid attention to the TV but she did hiss and squeak a lot and spazzed around my place.
  6. I trust Jam Banning's scouting but you know, I just don't like the way, you know, he talks in , you know , interviews.
  7. Glad you concurred. Actually was posting about his new number but I don't have 100% confirmation. On the radio they said he's wearing 73 now.
  8. Aww man this world I have no clue why he felt the need to apologise unless it was for the nervous stutter and even that is easily forgiven. It's not like when Darren Pang said P.K. Subban had to play the 'white way'. Man this and the Atlanta Braves apologising for playing "Rock You like A hurricane" during a game with Miami just makes me want to shake my head figuratively, society is so fragile.
  9. Well the commentary crew seems to think Chocolalito days of being in the upper echelon of boxers is now over. He was knocked out for at least 2 min, and it was kind of sad when the camera panned to his girlfriend as she ran away from the ring.
  10. Gringo: The Dangerous Life of John McAfee 8.5/10 I found this a fascinating documentary on a American millionaire that is straight up bat #$%^ crazy. The doc. does a better job solving the murder of his neighbour than the authorities did. Can't believe how most of this is all forgotten now.
  11. This is how GGG learned to box: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/boxing/2017/09/09/gennady-golovkin-exclusive-interview-brothers-would-pick-fights/ This is hilarious to me considering how GGG talks and his puppy dog eyes.
  12. So how was DAZN for the first week? You know my cable had 6 different mourning games going on at once, pretty impressive.
  13. Chocolatito got knocked the #$%^ out by Rungvisai Saturday night in the 4th round. Can't say I am all that familiar with any of those two but the first fight was a beauty with Rungvisai getting the controversial decision, nothing controversial about the second tilt. Bring on Canelo/GGG!
  14. Great game, you can hate the pats all you want but you got to admit their games are exciting. I wonder if they'll sign Austin Carr or at least regret letting him go, with DA injured last night that is 3 WR injured(2 gone for the year), is Megatron still in game shape? Pats just need to win 10 to get in, at least the distraction of a potential perfect season is now gone Well that Kareem Hunt had quite a game, a star is born indeed.
  15. That IKEA radio lullaby ad makes me want to stuff carnivorous earwigs into my ears.

let us know, how that works out for you.

  16. <--- No clue who that is, Seth DeValve? But Bennett is right, if Brady or Rodgers kneeled is would have a greater effect and show unity amongst the players.
  17. Yup, it often had grunge bandmates like Kim from Soundgarden and the guys from Soul Asylum
  18. If you were to power rank me and my friends I would be at the bottom. I have no pull. Not that I really care, it's not like we hang out a lot. They like to drink, play golf, travel to Vegas and I hate doing all those things. I love the herb, playing music, gaming, ladies and they're not interested in any of those things(they're mostly married). So if we do hang out it's usually at a bar or at one of their places where I can't smoke. Funny thing is the obvious answer would be to find some new friends but I don't want to meet dudes or bros lol, rather just chill alone. This is probably why I spent every other day at the beach where I can enjoy all my loves (bud, music, and the occasional lady).
  19. Happy B-Day. I'll be 38 in November, god help me...
  20. Back to being bored at work, I love it! I am going to miss the summer and the beach though, good times.
  21. His 200' game is fine, not every player needs to be a Selke favorite to play in the NHL. If Brock isn't on the roster when the season rolls around then I will be very disappointed and very uninterested in this team. That's why I have been holding off buying tickets until I see what kind of lineup they plan on icing.
  22. So, you're a freshman, right? Tell me, man, how's this year's crop of freshman chicks lookin' this year? Alright, Alright, Alright.
