Interesting. Happy about them taking action to stop abuse of the system, but what about legitimate claims ?

I was under the impression that depreciation reports for Strata complexes are now mandatory? I would sure be wary buying in without one to review first.. -

Front squat would mean the barbell is in front rather than behind the head. Most people lift less on a front squat than regular squat i think? 475 is nuts lol.. Assuming the bosu ball is to gauge squat depth too.

This along with him being a home grown talent and the highest pick the franchise had in a long long time have contributed to his popularity and polarizing discussion

Damn... huge gains. $800K benchmark for a condo/townhouse is insane The market will be flooded with condos and apartments once the huge Brentwood and Burquitlam area developments are done. A pass by on the skytrain daily and it seems a new high-rise starts popping up monthly -
I agree. Last year he looked annoyed to be playin such few minutes ... Now he is grateful for his ice time and relishing with limited minutes. It seems he has the correct mindset now of having to improve on the little things to move up the lineup. Kids a beast look forward to all his shifts
-
Yeah, that was the hit he got suspended for.. definitely a bit late. I was just showing the other poster that he does know how to play with 'an edge' but sometimes goes over the line. I like his game so far this year he's letting the hits come to him rather than going out of his way looking for it. Never questioned this kids will to succeed.. everyone matures at a different pace it's not easy being a pro. I think his style will be invaluable going forward.

Yes please... I'm going tomorrow

I think (hope as a new owner) that the 'bubble will burst' eventually but it won't be nearly as dramatic as 50% price drop... maybe a sharp 10-20% correction which is fine. I'm in it for the long haul, I'm confident prices will trend upwards, so in the short-term less property tax is a-ok with me -
A few of his top corner one-time shots are just beautiful.... great snap shot as well. any fan would be stupid not to fully support him and his potential

Not to mention defensemen generally take longer to make the big show. How many years did Darnell nurse take? Im sure theres many more examples. No point rushing juolevi imo
