  1. He's changed his political stripes numerous times. Yeah, he was a bigoted, sexist, racist creep way before he was given the keys to the Oval Office. It's just since his dumb ass slithered in there, he's spewed a litany of statements that further cement those points.
  2. I'm interested in how Green will integrate the four new roster players, and what the roster will look like once Roussel is fully healed. I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully this post might take the thread away from the blackhole of talking about Eriksson ad nauseum.
  3. Making fun of Dumbpf is effortless because of his complete lack of humility and compassion, inflated ego and innate stupidity. The banal blather that spews from that assclown's lips doesn't really have an equivalent on modern day society. I found him to be a loathsome creature far before he took the position of president in the US. He's the epitome of tactless arrogance. A self declared expert on everything with nowhere near enough experience to back it up. If he was a Democrat, he'd be just as loathsome. I mean.....just read this quote from his "speech" yesterday: “I love cranes, I love trucks of all types. Even when I was a little boy at four years old, my mother would say, 'You love trucks.' I do, I always loved trucks, I still do. Nothing changes — sometimes you know you might become president, but nothing changes — I still love trucks. Especially when I look at the largest crane in the world, that’s very cool. You think I’ll get to operate it? We’ll put the media on it and I’ll give them a little ride, right?”
  4. How is Eriksson considered a locker room cancer? Has he slept with another player's wife? Has he spread rumors about the coach or another player? I don't think so. It makes no sense to refer to this guy as a locker room cancer at all. That must be the most overused colloquialism on this board in relation to Eriksson, especially considering that very few, if any, posters have been privy to what goes on in the Canucks locker room. I can understand and appreciate someone's criticism of his on-ice performance as anyone with cable or internet connection can watch his play and make assertions. Personally, Eriksson strikes me as a player whose effort and competition level has waned considerably over his time here. He's been bypassed by various younger and more driven and effective players on the roster. His spot on this team isn't commiserate with his salary, and I think Benning will find a solution before training camp. But a locker room cancer? Please.
  5. Holm will follow the Forsling path through the Blackhawks organization.
  6. A line of him and Miller being centred by Bo is going to be awesome.
  7. Looking for new sofas. Anyone have any suggestions? Not really interested in the fancy crap, looking for durability and comfort.

Thank you in advance, my online family.

Matching mattress in the alley up the road?

  8. Markov did state that he'd be open to other teams showing interest.
  9. Brock will be signed, most likely before any of the other RFAs. Everyone has to be sure it works for them. I'm sure the situation was backed off from lately, with Brock's father having serious health issues.
  10. Fair enough. I would hope though that until the police have conclusive evidence that they present to the public, the news outlets would preface their stories with that information.
  11. The media is reporting that the two bodies are, in fact, the two suspected murderers already without any actual proof from the coroner's office.
  12. Edmonton should jump at the chance to sign Markov. They need some veteran presence on the blueline.
  13. Damn. Just looked up where Gilliam is. That’s way up there near the bay.
  14. I was hoping to avoid mentioning the name of that poster. Now you've done it, coastal. NOW, YOU'VE DONE IT!
