  1. Trying to imagine a concert in old Memorial Arena is kinda funny.
  2. No. More like $3 or $4. I remember reading about the Yardbirds playing Kerrisdale Arena in 1967. Before the show they went all the way out to Guildford Mall to sign autographs at a record store there. Jimmy Page at Guildford Mall!
  3. The venues back then would shock people. Agrodome, Kerrisdale Arena, the Forum, ShowMart building .....
  4. Those were really popular, but I never went to one for some unknown reason.
  5. I watched it on YouTube once. Most of the show is there.
  6. Stones in 1972 ... got the tour off to a start with a good riot.
  7. Chicken, whenever Zeppelin is mentioned, it adds two stars to any thread.
  8. Yes, Vancouver was a common opener for bands for sure. Never heard of them Keats Island. Interesting.
  9. 1975 was at the Coliseum, they never played Empire Stadium.
  10. Look on the bright-side, Blunt. Although you might have to construct it first.
  11. There must be 15 good jazz stations that come out of New Orleans alone.
  12. I'm not a Seger fan, but UMC is a great tune. A shuffle with slide guitar.
  13. It was damn fun. You're just a horribly embittered person.
  14. Hotel California. If it comes on while I'm in the car, I turn it off and listen to the muffler drag.
