    In 58 games, Brendan Gaunce has scored a total of "1" goal. And that goal came off his ass.

      Gaunce is struggling big time to put up any sort of numbers at all. On the flip side I suppose we can't be too upset because the other half of this board was yammering for Henrik Samuelsson and he's looking even worse - he's supposed to be an offense guy.

    Does "Future considerations" mean you give the other team nothing in a trade?

      Yes. There are "future considerations" to be considered for a potential future trade. Rarely happens anymore. Used to be a lot more common in the 2000's.

      Usually the framework surrounding the considerations was written into the deal, but yeah, at the time of the trade nothing moved but the one player in one direction. Used to be money or picks, but it could never be a player to be named later.

      Yes.  The one GM has to kiss the other GM full on the lips at the next draft day.  Tongue is optional.

    Can we package him in a deal? I remember not wanting to draft him in 2014 LOL Looks like Craig Button may have been right ranking him 40 something.

    Juolevi and Virtanen were the biggest mistakes imo. Drafting McCann was aight. Not too mad about that cuz no one else in the league saw "Pasternak"

    The only first round pick Benning did a good job on is Boeser. Rest are trash or meh (prob will get some people flaming me for this). I expect WAY MORE from someone who was brought in to do exceptional drafting. HOWEVER, I have to give him some credit with his later round picks

    I hope Rodin will get his chance. I highly doubt he re-signs with us. Maybe another NHL team will offer him a 1 year contract "prove it to me" type deal. Or he'll prob go back to SHL
