I seemed to have made my injury worse, i'm thinking it's my bicep tendon. But yeah it's been sore since xmas and I just ignored it and worked through it..now the pains not as bearable
I'll be seeing a doctor this weekend likely, hopefully not out too long.
Yeah my gym's a mess like that, people leaving their weights all over the place and not cleaning up. Though I think I spotted the culprit..massive Ronnie Coleman look alike warming up with 3 plate squats
