Yeah you have to really warmup and losen up the elbows properly. I usually start with a different triceps exercise before getting into skullcrushes. Oh and start light, high reps. Ease into your heavier sets.
Vary it up aswell. Try dumbells one week or use the ez bar the next. Switch it up every couple weeks.
I need to lose 5-10 pounds within a month. Almost nearing abs! I usually lift in the mornings and do cardio/abs etc in
