    I bet Lack seriously benefited from spending so much time working with Melanson during the season while Millsy played most of the games. He had about 7ish months to work on his game with Melanson. Another reason the Miller signing was necessary :)

    Soo.... Do like all the coaches get together before the WJ starts and agree to not play any sort of structured defense? It's almost as if the coaches tell their players to ignore defense lol

    Do people really trust the Sedins to play against the top lines of other teams? I personally don't feel comfortable seeing the Sedins play against Getz/Perry or Kopitar in the playoffs, they'd get crushed. We need a RH faceoff/shutdown guy.. Hey i heard that Kesler guy is pretty good? : )

      Winning the cup isn't on our radar in the near future. Kesler spent half his career here and decided it was time to leave because he wants to win. I dunno why people are hostile at that. I love this team but if I'd probably pull the same move and get out of here

    Watched the new Hunger Games today, got to admit, it was pretty awful. The whole film i was just waiting for the "fun" parts to happen, but the entire movie you're just waiting and waiting until it eventually ends.. Such a boring movie. I know the movie tried to focus on the political aspect of the districts and all that, but come on, they could've made it less of a snooze fest.

    I don't think Willies has been "reluctant" in not giving Vey a bigger role.. It just makes more sense for him to be on the 4th line. We don't need him in our top 6. Our 2nd line is solidified with Higgins/Burrows on the wing, why would you want to change this? 4th line was also pretty much getting the same ice-time as the "3rd" line when everyone was healthy too, so there's not much of a discrepancy there. Also, you can't just put player with players and hopefully it'll work out. IE: Ovie with the Sedins would be pretty awful.

    You've probably never seen Virtanen play a single god damn game. Also, you probably have never seen Ehlers/Nylander play a game either. You don't have to admit it, it's quite obvious from your post... Kassian is similar to Horvat... What? I guess they're both... Forwards?

      the entire GVRD is a cluster****. terrible initial road planning. One lane on 49th Avenue, only 2 on Kingsway. If look at other cities, they have like 3-4 lane roads.

      I believe he can, I think him and Henrik will bounce back. When you're good enough to win the Art Ross you don't lose that talent. If you look at all the Art Ross winners none of them lost their scoring touch in a span of just a few years and Daniel and Hank as well won't be the first!

    Don't care what happens this year, since expectations aren't that high.. But if we could somehow play the Ducks in the first round of the playoffs, if we won, i'd be happy with our season right there even if we got swept in Round 2
