  1. I think some people get to the point where they just cross the line one too many times. Whether he believed it or was just trolling, Harv was saying some pretty ghastly $&!# about the Parkland victims; while the kids' bodies were still warm. Admittedly though, I do miss TheGaurdian a bit....mainly because he absolutely deserves to have the success of Quinn Hughes' season rubbed in his face after he bitched and moaned about the Canucks taking the worst defensemen of the top guys who weren't Dahlin that year.
  2. Oh, that was canuckistani: the guy that was so triggered by vegans who feel morally superior superior because of their diet, he argued that plants have the same cognitive abilities as animals to make himself feel better.
  3. Hmmmm.......

He must have fixed it because I went to his twitter profile and it shows #13 Calgary Flames.

  4. Definitely SabreFan. The rest I'm either completely indifferent about or of the opinion that they can piss up a rope. clam has never left. He just lurks with new accounts until someone mentions green energy, or his racist drunk uncle instincts override his common sense, and he can't help but give himself away.
  5. Eh, it's really not rocket science to deduce that if the Canucks are interested in keeping Tanev, Stetcher would be the one to go.
  6. Tryamkin's agent has said he wants to come back and the KHL season ends sooner than the NHL's. So people are putting 2 + 2 together that we may see him back sooner than later.
  7. I’m really not worried about Toffoli re-signing with LA. Another team? Sure, that could happen. But I have to believe LA would have just re-signed him if they thought he fit into their longterm plans.
  8. Good night, Springton. There will be no encore.
  9. The Canucks and other teams are coordinating to make the Miller trade look better and better with each passing day.
  10. What now? We can enjoy go enjoy our Saturdays since we’re clearly not going to convince one another the system they prefer is better.
  11. I’ve lived under both systems and if given a choice, I’d go with Canada’s every time. What now?
  12. I never said it was free but I don’t see how anyone could reasonably argue there isn’t way less of a barrier to entry for medical care in Canada than there is in the US.
  13. Nice! Wow, no wonder Alf didn’t want to give an actual answer.
  14. Yeah, I guess when you’re health insurance costs way less than mine, rhetoric is all that remains.
  15. My insurance currently costs $321 a month and for that, I get the privilege of paying a $35 to $70 copay for a doctors visit with a $2500 deductible on top of that if I actually need serious care. Despite making pretty good money, if I wasn't being reimbursed for the majority of my premiums through my job, I could not afford that. What's your MSP costing you per month, Alf?
