    Unfortunately he is not a favorite of the coaching staff probably meaning a short stint with the nucks.

    As we know, it doesnt really matter where the nucks finish they are not winning the draft lottery. The NHL is trying to build the game in the US and that does not include giving a Canadian team (and probably one of the most hated franchises in the league) the #1 pick specially the caliber of Bedard. Granted there are some really good players after the first pick but I think it would feel a lot worse finishing last in the league and not winning the lottery as opposed to falling from the 5th/6th pick to around 10 or so.
