Just a personal opinion but dont see Godly with the nucks for long. Probably down to the farm until he is traded as part of a larger package. Hes just not the 200ft player the canucks want out of him.
No kidding... I mean its incredible it hasnt already started.. A lot of people on these boards are lining up with their pitchforks over OJ but I guess its still a bit early in Petterssons case.
I sure hope EP gets a ppg but I think that may be a season or two away yet (which is what scares me as we're not the most patient fans) but he definitely will get there.
I just hope they can get something for his rights before he is a free agent... Nothing against the guy and its just my opinion, but i just dont see him coming back to the Nucks and only a slim chance he even comes back to the NHL. .
Glad you said "some" the article makes it seem like all citizens of BC are behind this debacle.... Just like in the US the popular vote in BC did not determine the winner of the election...
Im not sold on the NDP in BC and think its a little early to judge the economy. My main concern would be Weaver and his influence. Ontario you are probably correct both the Libs and Conservatives need better leaders in my opinion.
Youre absolutely right about the opinions... But I assure you my use of hyperbole (probably should have said AHL all-star team) does not mean i have no clue what it takes to get to the NHL and more a comment on the sad state of the Canucks current lineup.
Now if i had written off OJ as a bust like many on these boards (I still feel we made the right pick over MT) then you have reason to be concerned about hockey knowledge.
Hiskanen is way way better than OJ but that in no way means OJ is a bust. The nucks are full of players that wouldnt make a beer league all star team so no sense getting upset when a 19yr old cant make the Finish national team.
IF we could get JJ to resign with the twins for another couple years at 3-4M each then we would have greater stability for the young guys to look up to.
