  1. After the game above. They had their fight at practice. They were so embarrassed to get their asses kicked they went and won a cup lol
  2. I love this Carolina team. They are most definitely my favourite team to watch outside Vancouver. I love their forechecking and style of play. Those Brady Skjei and Sammy Vatanen adds were money. Hope peace is healthy soon when their backend is healthy they will have the best D in the league hands down.
  3. Zubov is probably the exception but defensively tighter. not physically tighter - yes. But I was a 6 year old kid when Zubov made that record so what the hell do I know
  4. Notice the era of these other players. We now live in a far better era where teams can play defense and goalies can make saves. Zubov sure is a close comp but the game has gotten tighter and better. Which imo makes this amazing. Only thing those other guys got for them is they were tough. They took a beating I am sure lol
  5. Jordan Binnington's OTL gave Boston the edge over the higher seed Florida last night. We will see how that impacts this low scoring series moving forward.
  6. Updated stats after nightly adjustment. Buffalo gained an additional 10 PTS to further their lead vs the Caps. Series UPDATE quick view: (Home Ice Switching) WEST Nashville leads Dallas 79 to 28 (a 41 point lead) over 2 games. [4v5] Los Angeles leads Arizona 79 to 73 (a 6 point lead) over 2 games. [3v6] Winnipeg leads San Jose 115 to 47 (a 68 point lead) over 2 games. [2v7] Vancouver leads Anaheim 92 to 35 (a 57 point lead) over 2 games. [1v8] EAST Boston leads Florida 49 to 48 (a 1 point lead) over 2 games. [4v5] Columbus leads New Jersey 135 to 120 (a 15 point lead) over 2 games. [3v6] Buffalo leads Washington 102 to 74 (a 18 point lead) over 2 games. [2v7] Detroit leads Montreal 126 to 42 (a 84 point lead) over 2 games. [1v8] A small sample size only 2 games in most best of 7 series. But a quick look at a where things are at. We are some very close series and this is going to be an interesting week ahead! Side Notes: Welcome @Paul Vanderhoek ! Always a pleasure having another Vanderhoek around! Look forward to getting to know you! Tuukka Rask has opted out the remainder of the playoffs in the NHL. This gives VAN an even further edge in their series as Halak will suit up in 1 minutes time.
  7. He would certainly be our best option.
  8. true. good point. he did it quickly tho. i doubt the league does anything. Beags probably got the extra 2 minutes for tossing his gloves.
  9. How does he only have 3 pages of content Lol
  10. Boeser has looked behind a lot in this series. There was one shift tonight he was just late to every possible puck engagement. It can't be an IQ thing cuz his IQ is off the charts. But aside from his greasy goals on the PP we haven't seen him be impactful at all. Maybe the Blues have been watching him like a hawk I dont know.

  12. We deserved it more then them. Not sure why you'd say that. We wanted it more and worked harder for it
  13. At least our pk is getting a lot of practice. If we get past these guys we will be a well oiled pk killing machine.
  14. Believe the blues are scoreless in the 3rd periods since entering the bubble. Let's control the play and net one more.
  15. Yeah settling down our game will go along way. They have only scored in this game on a PP. They are struggling 5 on 5 from our forechecking. We have to keep it up
  16. Probably no chance of a suspension. He didn't get hurt and he sorta turned into it a bit. Very frustrating officiating.
