  1. I am very comfertable. Goalies are the least of our problems. Does it really matter if they have NHL experience or not? Lack Mand Markstrom need to be our 1-2 punch next year so that they can GET that experience and turn into pretty good goalies. Or at least legit #1 starters. People need to realize that were probably not making the playoffs next year anyway. And even if by some stroke of luck.. we do, we're out in the 1st round to Chicago, LA, San Jose, etc. Let our prospects grow and develop. Look at Colorado, they were rebuilding for a number of years, and suddenly they're top of the central div. Not saying we're going to be as bad as Colorado was by any means. We're probably going to make a decent push for the playoffs. But I see nothing wrong with giving our young goalies experience. I really hope Benning stays away from the goalies in FA.
  2. Not even trolling, just expressing this fail draft pick.
  3. Ever wondered that maybe I spelt it that way on purpose? ^^
  4. Dubious? Too many people think Virtanen will be anything speical.
  5. Actually, I would of been perfectly fine with every pick except for Virtanen. My favorite was Nylander. I would be fine with Ehlers. Would definetly be a project that could potentialy pay off. And Ritchie has everything, as well as being perfect for the west. Hell, I would even rather Fleury than this kid.
  6. I said that player in the top 6 are expected to get "AROUND" 2.0 PPG. You clearly misuderstood. And we did not get a "really good player"
  7. Was just emphasising a point. Not getting your logic.
  8. I didn't care who the Leafs picked. I was posting who NYLANDER in particuler was drafted to.
  9. Virtanen will never as good as any of those players. Virtanen put up 26 assits in the CHL... All of the players above had more that 20 assits in the NHL. Perry, Pavelski and Johansen had 30+ assists. Unless he's going to be a 50 goal scorer with 20+ assits like Ovi, I'm not interested.
  10. Players picked in the top 6 are expected to have around 2.0 PPG, I'm not getting your point. And when his shoulder is healed, that doesn't mean he's going to be as good as he was pior to the surgery, or be good AT ALL.
  11. Like I said, "in a few years". Try reading. It will serve you well.
  12. Well, Virtanen is never going to reach "stardom". So therefore, the casual fans will never know him. Apart from the occasional AHL call-up for injuries, later down the road.
