  1. To Colorado: MIller Hoglander Rathbone To Vancouver: Byram Newhook Colorado gets an extra year with low cap hit on a developing offensive defenseman and replace Kadri for the upcoming season with Miller. Vancouver gets the right age range for a defenseman and a forward on the final year of their entry level deals. Vancouver can use the 5.25M from Miller's money and the 2.4 of dead cap coming off the books next year to resign them. It all makes too much sense. Let's make it happen!
  2. You can send him down or trade him without much trouble if he doesn't work out. Interesting to see how he plays with us.
  3. Who would you want from the Avs that they would be willing to give up?
  4. 77 points though at 23 years old. It is generally $100,000's per point so 7.7. Big and Physical too. Two big contracts up next year for them in O'Rielly and Tarasenko. Probably hoping the cap goes up in 4 years.
  5. Chicago Owner must be trying to save every penny for legal fees.
  6. The way I look at it is it is only 3 years and he did score 60 + points last year which still makes him a top 6 player. 8 million is in the range of what Miller is looking for but for only 3 years. With Nashville resigning Forsberg it makes moving another forward a possibility.
  7. To Nashville: Miller Myers To Vancouver: Ryan Johansen Dante Fabbro 2023 First Round Pick
  8. To Montreal: Boeser Myers Rathbone To Van: Anderson Savard 2022 2nd Round Pick Cheaper more defensive minded defenseman in in Savard. A more physical right winger to play with Petey who can finish. Giddy up, Go Canucks Go!
  9. I think they are talking to Kuzma re the privacy part. A Sad day for the Boeser family. Thoughts and prayers. RIP Duke.
  10. I am all in makes sense. Will probably want 5 years though at the same rate to leave the Penguins. 5 years at 9.5 million per year. You in?
  11. I think if you move Poolman you move Dickinson too and free up 5million in cap space for one solid blueliner.
  12. I meant it in favour of Pearson, essentially to acquire a heavy winger making 2 million plus we would have to give up Pearson or to a lesser extent Dickinson. I think it also points to the value of what Pearson brings to the hockey team. Everyone who thinks he is overpaid, who would you replace him with who brings the value back. If Ritchie was making less than a million I would try him out.
  13. I mean would you rather have Ritchie or Pearson?
  14. A few reasons why this deal could work. Neither GM drafted either player, New York has the cap space relatively speaking to acquire Pettersson. a few pieces may have to be added to make the cap work. It would give the Canucks more cap flexibility, The rangers would get 2 more years of Pettersson on this contract and then would have the last year of his RFA rights. It is a gamble for both sides but I could see the upside for both teams. Flame away.
  15. LOL. For the record I do not subscribe to their podcast, However, I do delivery 12 hour days on the weekends and will listen when I am killing time.
  16. He has the VanCast Podcast and The Canucks Hour on 650 now, I do not listen to it and gave them both ample chances. I can't stand him. The Shows I like are: Donny and Dhali Halford and Brough Sekeres and Price Perhaps my issues are more with these shows oversaturating the market with his bias.
