    I can't stop waking up around 3 in the morning. It's not funny anymore...

      Blueberries on booze..good point there.

       

      A few yrs back, was really having trouble waking(mid-sleep) if I had a few. I'd get sleepy after 2 or 3 beers, then would wake at some ungodly hr..like wide awake.

       

      Watch your sugar, caffiene at night as well. Lastly, a sleep-partner with delicious curves can enhance the overall experience! :^)
