  1. All offers in one pm would be easiest!
  2. @maroe as well - Chistyakov, as well as others, I had to request be added to Fantrax a couple days ago, so it should all be taken care of now. The players that couldn't be added will have placeholders on their respective teams. (edit: nix this, they haven't been added yet) If one of the other commissioners doesn't beat me to it, I'll change the expiry dates when I'm home in an hour or so.
  3. Oliver Ekman-Larsson - 6 years, $7.25m Tomas Nosek - 3 years, $2m Brandon Carlo - 2 years, $2.5m Miles Wood - 2 years, $2.75m Austin Cangelosi - 1 year, $800k Nic Kerdiles - 1 year, $1m Braden Tracey - 3 years, $800k Kaedan Korczak - 3 years, $700k Boone Jenner - 3 years, $4.1m Adam Mascherin - 3 years, $825k Danny O'Regan - 2 years, $1m Oskar Lindblom - 2 years, $1.75m Jake McCabe - 2 years, $3.1m Connor Murphy - 2 years, $4m Matthew Peca - 2 years, $1m
  4. you really went there! you're a braver man than I
  5. I feel like we could just do a simple test if we don't know for sure: @Azzy, how do you feel about tea being dumped into harbours?
  6. Do I need to make more trades to keep my trade lead safe?
  7. By the way, I'll say this about free agency: offers with no pitch will not be considered. It doesn't matter if you offer 7x15m, if the player does not receive a pitch, they will ignore the offer completely. As well, the better the pitch (and offer), the better the chance of the player accepting your offer. These are the same guidelines we used last year, so for older GMs, this shouldn't be a surprise.
  8. It was the consensus of the commissioners to keep it at 83 as we'd already set it there from the previous IRL estimates, but if the general feeling from GMs is to have it to match the real NHL, we can look at bringing it down.
  9. Yep! but we won't raise it again until it passes 83.
  10. I mean, you can if you want, just to get it out of the way. That being said, players won't be considering/responding to offers until July 1.
  11. July 1, unless they're pending UFAs/RFAs already on your team.
  12. If Myers gets signed to 7x8... yikes.

@canuktravella that's sacrificing long-term gain for short-term gain. If the goal is to make the playoffs, sure. Thinking like that will never get you the Stanley Cup.

I don’t want to believe our front office is stupid enough to offer him that type of deal but they reek of desperation

  17. To the teams whose players' signings I've just announced: if you sent in an offer for a player and their name hasn't shown up in these last two posts, counter-offers and responses will be coming tomorrow afternoon, hopefully. I just needed to clear the queue after we had 68 (!!!) re-signing offers or enquiries.

  20. #002 Jack Hughes (+1) #029 Albin Grewe (-37) Very happy with this draft. Drafted Grewe in Puck for physicality. I'm a little disappointed he dropped so hard? but not surprised. Good draft overall, and I'm very happy where each prospect ended up. Also want to thank all the GMs - couldn't have gone so smoothly without you all.
  21. Is it as much of a dumpster fire as twitter and reddit?
  22. Jack Hughes being a Devil just got so much better
