  1. Yeah, definitely. It's nice to pair them with a jean jacket and slip on shoes. At the moment, I have been wearing sweatpants, leggings, and right now I am wearing a dress. I have various pairs of leggings, and it's easy to switch them out. Same with pajama bottoms and sweatpants.
  2. Manual bike or e bike?

I took pictures of what I wanted.  I’m thinking June for a purchase if it is an e bike.

Nice Babych.   Yeah, I'm thinking about an e bike.  I've also looked e scooters, and manual bikes.  I may purchase it in June.

  3. Today is the start on Phase 1 in WA state. If the Phases proceed, Washingtonians could be in Phase 4 by July. That depends on many factors. Trying to look forward, and watching Governor Jay Insee speak. I try to stay on top of all of his news conferences, and sometimes I miss them. On his site, there should be a text message signup to receive text messages in advance of when the news conferences are occurring.
  4. Having the organic tomato soup mixed with organic spinach and salmon with pepper sprinkled:
  5. Reading about my zodiac sign. It's really interesting. Many characteristics align with me, such as, I'm stubborn, and I am very independent.
  6. It's 3:22am, and I am awake. It's hard to fall asleep. I have melatonin gummies, but I don't feel like taking them. I'm tired, but I don't really want to sleep. I watched the cat play, played Tetris, and watched a movie, and went to the J Crew site, and looked at the sale items. So many nice items on there, but I'm like, what, a fashion show for the living room? And I have clothes, and it's best to save. But I like looking. It gives me hope. The Stay-at-Home order has been extended to May 31st in WA state with a 4-Phase roll out. I have a lot to do around the apartment to keep me busy, and depending on how things are, I may go for a 5am or 6am walk or jog in upcoming weeks. I'm thinking about eating and drinking coffee, and then making my list. Trying to get on track. I'm thinking of salmon with cheese wrapped in a tortilla.
  7. I confess ~ I am glued to the TV with Governor Jay Insee holds news conferences! Jay is my person! Jay listens, and he is getting us back on track in WA state, and protecting us, and has a 74% approval rating as of 4/4, may be higher now.
  8. Today I discovered that Handi Snacks are the best snacks ever!  Yeah, totally ever!

I used to be a size 36 regular until I discovered costco sized junk food bags.

  9. Wearing loungewear for the last 7 weeks. Been working from home, doing yoga and cardio, drinking kombucha, working on my quilt, playing ol’ skool video games, and hanging with the cat. Been outside 2x in the last 7 weeks. Once to walk around the block and 7 weeks ago to go to the grocery store before the Stay at Home order took place. I live in WA state, and thank goodness we have Jay Inslee! Trying to look forward.
  10. Back to basics.  Sitting on the Yoga mat, drinking the Kombucha while eating pizza, and playing Tetris!

@Ghostsof1915  How about instead of the DC Universe TV theme music.....some Marvel Universe TV theme music!  Gotta love that classic porn movie type music lol!:

Pure cheese!  Granted, this wasn't a high budget show (and WAY, WAY before CGI).

kombucha, we use to sing that as kids. the snore of the lion.

  11. Oh goodness! I made it to level 9! I can do better than that ~
  12. I've been doing Yoga and Cardio while at home. I've lost 10-12 pounds.
  13. Watching a program on the Tower of London, and was looking at pictures I took 3 months ago in London. A lot has changed since then. So much history in this place! I have a habit of wondering off into other places in the Tower of London.
  14. That's good, how many kilometers or miles have you been jogging, and how many times a week? I've been thinking about jogging early in the morning in May. I will see. Maybe at the end of May.
  15. Today is my birthday. I spent my day by doing yoga and cardio, cleaning up, opened up the top blinds to get sunlight, and right now I am drinking kombucha and watching House Hunters International. Prior birthday's I've planned ahead, but today, it was me in my apartment. Everyday I check the new infections and other day for King County and WA state I go the the site to hopefully see a decrease. It's not looking good, but I compare it to other states and WA state is not as bad as other states. I saw on the news today that WA state has plan for May 18th to get things back on track. I don't really see that happening, and I keep trying to look forward, look forward to a decrease of infections, getting back on track. I've been inside for 6 weeks, and have been outside 2x. Once was 6 weeks go to buy groceries, before Jay Insee initiated the Stay at Home Order, and the other time was to take a walk around the block. I may go out at 5am for a run or walk starting in May depending on how things are. I haven't watched a lot of news today. The horror on TV, especially when watching ABC News.
  16. Having the apples and almonds with caramel sauce. It’s dessert.
  17. On Amazon looking for wine.  Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic red wine!  I wonder if that’s like drinking decaf coffee?!  What’s the point of non-alcoholic wine and decaf?!

Jealous you guys are able to order booze through Amazon.  My bank account would be screwed though.

I haven't drank wine or champagne in a while, but it would be nice to have.  Years ago in WA state, liquor used to be sold at the liquor stores, but you could buy wine and champagne at the grocery store. Then it all changed, making liquor available at the grocery stores.  I was looking for groceries online and wine, and for wine to be delivered from the grocery store, they want proof of age from an ID.  So when I order groceries, I may stick to Kombucha, and plan on buying groceries at the end of the month. I don't know how that would work due to the social distancing for buying wine.  I don't get the 21 age requirements to buy alcoholic beverages, and that you cannot drink wine at the the park.  What are the wine picnic baskets for?

  18. Top ramen made with chicken and vegetables sprinkled with pepper, and ginger with water to drink.
  19. My cat has taken over the living room... She thinks the yoga mat is her’s as well.  She puts her cat toys on it, and doesn’t like it when I do yoga.

  20. Another time in Montreal, after wine I was a bit drunk, and came up with this idea of ‘Tourism at Night,’ and walked around Old Montreal oohing and aweing at everything. Even though I had a bit of wine, it was fun to walk around Old Montreal looking at everything. Another time, I landed at YUL, and while on the bus heading to downtown, I had this idea to go take selfies outside the Bell Centre. So I got off the bus, dropped off my luggage at the hotel, and walked to the Bell Centre, and took selfies next to statues. It wasn’t even Hockey season.
  21. Once I was walking down the street in Montreal, and saw an advertisement of sushi tacos on the side of a bus, and knew that sushi tacos were meant for me. After eating sushi tacos, I then knew they were not meant for me... I was sick hours afterwards.
  22. Another sleepless night.

Any ideas on what to take or do to fall asleep?

Thanks All!  I will try these.  I put melatonin on my list for grocery shopping at the end of the month.  I was able to all asleep after midnight last night. I took a shower, and felt relaxed.  I was going to sleep between 4am-5:30am.  I'm trying to sleep sooner.

    4. Baer.

      Baer.

I would add if you are going to take the melatonin supplements. Take one about 30-60 minutes before you plan on going to bed. Do it every day for a month and then assess from there. I recommend talking to your doctor if you plan on taking them for longer than that, as you can become dependent. I recommend a dosage between 10-20mg

  23. I’ve been wearing the same Canucks shirt and leggings for days with my hair pulled back with a hair tie and headband.

Are you one of these people?  I will get into a routine starting tomorrow.  I have yoga and cardio planned, as well as a shower.

I can't have my hair pulled back as I need whatever hairs I have left to 'comb over' my receding hairline.:P
