  1. So today at the grocery store, I was asked for ID when buying champagne. When I scanned the champagne at the self checker, I did not take out my ID, thinking I frequent this grocery store buying champagne many times. But the checker wanted to see my ID and was firm about it. I'm almost in my high 30's. It's half and half now if I am asked for ID when buying wine or champagne or at the restaurants enjoying my lushness. Until age 35, I was constantly asked for ID, and until age 30-32 in B.C.
  2. Brilac has stocked up on the Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Squares!  I don't know long they will last, but they are stocked!

  3. Sunglasses are great! How many do you have?
  4. Listening to NKOTB. I remember when I was 7 or 8, and Joey McIntyre was my favorite. What's neat is that in June I saw him ride around in a banana bicycle in the back of a room before the show, and no else noticed, and I was like - there he is riding around, and I am watching this. It was a neat experience. Just watching and not saying anything.
  5. I confess ~ I was drinking champagne earlier, and bought a Christmas tree! It wasn't a real one. We got it home, and I had no idea what I was doing. I thought it would be put together like the one in the store, and was disappointed when I opened the box, and it came in parts, so my Mother said she would put it together. My mother asked what my job was going to be, and while drinking wine, my job was to put away the box. Mother is putting hooks on the ornaments, and my niece is putting them on the tree. Merry Christmas All!
  6. Do you live in WA state? If you do, taking a bus or a train, and even a plane from Seattle is good.
  7. Yeah, cookie butter swirls. The chocolate part is the swirls. It's very good. I got it from Trader Joe's.
  8. I'm having coffee, and and organic apple, pecans, and banana chopped up in a bowl with cookie butter on top. Gosh I love that cookie butter!
  9. Gosh, I just woke up. These early morning games. Thank goodness for the coffee and a special breakfast dessert!
  10. It's much more convenient to sit in front of the TV, watch hockey or a movie, and do the holiday shopping. It's a click click, and your done. Plus there's a lot of people out holiday shopping, and some get a little crazy over those deals.
  11. I started my holiday shopping. So far I got my Mother Estee Lauder and my niece diamond earrings. When I was her age, I was into Calvin Klein. I remember my friend and I telling Santa at the mall that we wanted Calvin Klein wardrobes. Shopping more. Shopped for 2 more people.
  12. Watching the Bachelorette, Emily's Season. I give it a 7. Ari's on that Season. Every time I look at him, he looks like someone I dated years ago.

Haha, And on another note, it may be the perception and optimism of the team or teams they are rooting for. Such as that person's team or teams are not doing that great in November, but then they begin to have a fantastic December, and January, not so good, but March, all of the sudden it is ultra fantastic, and they make the Playoffs in April, but one team makes the Playoffs, and the other one may not, but perhaps both will make the Playoffs! And that would be super fantastic!
  14. Gosh my Halloween candy is almost gone..  But thank goodness for the Peppermint Bark squares!

  15. Well, it's time to get back to my Math! And the kombucha and chocolate. And I asked the cat of what she thought of that game, and she looked, and nodded with her tail. Now it's kitty treat time for her.
  16. Yeah, it takes me back to '94! And makes me want to play my ol' skool music! After this game, I may go through my CDs and cassette tapes and put on some ol' skool music!
