I have never ever given up on OJ. His bad string of injuries was unfortunate but they had nothing to do with his potential. The constant comparisons to Matt Tkachuk has been extremely tiresome.

Congratulations to Juolevi on his first NHL goal!

Racists come in all races. Society will also be a lot better when all the WOKE crowd/SJWs go away as well.

Season's Greetings and Merry Christmas everyone. All the very best to you and your loved ones this holiday season.

Never going to happen. If so, what about the Yankees baseball team?

Why not navy blue, green and white? Same contrast as black, red and yellow.
-
I made this back in January. I mainly used blue and white and limited the green to just the bordering around the blue circle like the original Stick in Rink for a cleaner appearance. However, the vibrant navy blue with kelly green that is used for the reversed retro jerseys would pop nicely together like the black, yellow and red.

Why not?? The Flying Skate has never been unanimously popular than it has been recently and keeping the blue, green and white will help unite the majority of the fan base. Even BoHo and Petey love the Flying Skate.

LOVE IT. Gotta buy one.

Screw the phony, bleeding-heart, snowflake SJW crybabies. The Johnny Canuck lumberjack has NO confirmed race. Caucasian or not, so what. He could be Aboriginal or bi-racial for all we know. Matter of fact, a Johnny Canuck logo can be redesigned throughout the year on merchandise celebrating festive holidays and different cultures throughout the year.

What the heck is a "Canuck", then? An orca? A marine mammal?

Should Gino Ojdick be in the Ring of Honour?
Tiger-Hearted replied to cuporbust's topic in Canucks Talk
Absolutely LOVE the 'The Algonquin Enforcer'. However, very sorry to say, the answer is "no" on both accounts. Otherwise, we might as well honour another popular former Canucks enforcer, Tiger Williams who scored 35 goals one year and played a key role in the '82 Cup run. Scored the Canucks' first-ever playoff overtime winner with his OT winner in Game 2 vs Calgary. Too bad Gino didn't get to stay in Vancouver for his entire career along with more success. A great quality guy who has given so much to others. What Gino needs is a clean bill of health so he can enjoy doing the things he enjoys in life. -

Canucks vs. Rangers Broadcast, Feb. 4, 1984...

The Canucks, at the time, were a lot better than the '85-'88 Canucks. They could beat the Flames and Oilers, with better and more consistent goaltending from Brodeur. -

I truly believe that if Brodeur had played like a #1 goalie that season, the Canucks would have been high up in second place in the Smythe Division. That Canucks team was younger and more talented than the '82 team. There were several games the Canucks blew that season that could have given them 38-42 wins. After a disappointing 30-35-15 record in '82-'83, with the emergence of Tony Tanti(fully deserves ROH recognition), Patrik Sundstrom, Rick Lanz and youngsters like Cam Neely and Moe Lemay, there was no reason for the Canucks to struggle to play just under .500 hockey. -
Canucks vs. Rangers Broadcast, Feb. 4, 1984...

Even though it was a close 5-4 loss, this was AWESOME to watch again. I always loved the 80's home yellows to go along with the clean white boards and best of all, watching and listening to one of the greatest anthem singers ever, Richard Loney(RIP) sing both anthems with the beautiful-sounding Pacific Coliseum organ being played. Huge mistake by the Griffiths for getting rid of the organ and organist and going with that ridiculous canned music. Unfortunately, Richard Brodeur was never the same after his ear drum injury in Toronto the season before. That '83-'84 Canucks team was the most talented in club history at the time and if Brodeur hadn't struggled that season, the Canucks would have beaten the Rangers that evening as well as win a few more games they should have won that season. Unfortunately, coaching great Roger Neilson lost his job in the process. -
I've seen the video and it was all Orca Bay-influenced.
