Gosh! The price of cell phones these days - the fancy ones! My goodness almost a $1,000 or more! I was changing my auto pay to get my discount per month, because that's like $60 a year! But my goodness!

@Ghostsof1915 Having been to the Guinness brewery and pubs there...even a proper poured pint of it here doesn't compare. Same with Kilkenny...it amazing how much better it is in the homeland and I do love it here

The league is a complete joke. Has been for quite awhile. I stopped watching in early January...I may come back next season or I may not. We'll see. I found I didn't miss it as much as I thought I would and by late February I didn't care too much at all.
This was the first year in 30 years I didn't watch almost every game.

I am a huge fan of Miller but I want nothing to do with the contract he'll get. Even 7m at 7 years could really suck after 3 seasons.

@Pears I agree. Hell if we kept Adrian Aucoin and the 2nd rounder we traded for Cloutier and signed any mid tier goalie we'd have been better off.
@JM_ Yes that 'lost' season was bad one for us timing wise. It also robbed Steve Yzerman of a final season. All to get the cap in and 'parity' supporting this have not Bettman teams.

Okay. This is a crazy thought I had last night but... we always see situations where D-men move up into the Forward position, right? But why don't we ever see Forwards moving back? Especially if they're pretty decent defensively, why not have a right shot forward as a RHD?
Is that ludicrous?

Fun fact: Markstrom has allowed 15 goals in less than three games. Not only that, but he looks to be badly in need of an Ian Clark, since he is spending way too much time on his knees, too deep in the crease.
