  1. Say we finish where we are in the standings, who would we possibly give up to get him? We’d have to be giving up Pettersson and possibly Hughes just as the base of the deal. Our top 10 pick, and a prospect. We probably don’t need to give up that much if we finish with a top 5 pick, and definitely a lot less if we finish top 3 (unlikely unless we win 2nd/3rd on the lottery)
  2. If Pettersson or Hughes are injured I’m not watching the game lmao. Literally only watch for them at this point.
  3. I have a feeling Cristall is going to end up somewhere in the top 5. As of January 9 2023, my top 15 are as follows: 1. C Connor Bedard 2. W Matvei Michkov (even if he takes 3 more years, he’s clearly a step ahead the rest) 3. C Adam Fantilli 4. W Andrew Cristall 5. C Will Smith 6. W/C Leo Carlsson 7. W/C Colby Barlow 8. W Zach Benson 9. C Brandon Yager 10. RHD Axel Sandin-Pelikka 11. W Eduard Sale 12. C Ryan Leonard 13. LHD Mikhail Gulyayev 14. RHD Lukas Drajecevic 15. W Gabe Perrault HM: LHD Hunter Brzustewicsz, RHD David Reinbacher, C Daliber Dvorsky, C Samuel Honzek, LHD Caden Price The first round is absolutely stacked. I must say this draft particularly the 1st/2nd round has to be one of the deepest of all time. ASP is so far running away with being the highest ranked defenseman. Even if we don’t get Bedard, we’re getting a good player with our current draft position.
  4. Should we sign Erik Portillo? Best goaltending prospect in the NHL, Swedish (management loves em), and is unlikely to sign with Buffalo. Only 22 years old. He’s also 6’6!

      Odd.

They have 3 goalie prospects who are ahead on the depth chart. He’s highly unlikely to sign with Buffalo it’s being reported.

  5. Did we acquire Stamkos or something? That's like the 3rd time ive seen Horvat score from there, what a snipe.
  6. Management probably too busy watching Swedish prospects only lmao
  7. If Kuzmenko was 28+ I’d definitely trade him for maximum value. But he’s 26, and is just entering his prime. He‘s 2 years older than Pettersson and they both have really good chemistry, probably the best duo we’ve had since the Sedins. Nobody understands Petey as good as Kuzmenko, and plays a type of game that compliments Pettersson.
  8. At this rate he’s worth a 1st and an A level prospect. Question is, do you trade a player like Kuzmenko?
  9. It’s not these specific group of players, management, or sponsors that need to be held accountable.
