  1. Honestly he’d be an upgrade over Lazar. Lazar has no offensive qualities and floats too much more my liking and doesn’t even play centre. Harkins would be solid addition to the 4th C.
  2. Rangers right off the bat will block our numbers if we offer Miller straight up. They don’t have the cap space and don’t want to be stuck with him for 7 years at his cap. Rangers will not want Horvat because hes a UFA, they are not going to trade Laffy for him. He’s still a former 1st overall pick and is just 21 years old, that would be foolishly shortsighted of them. And they won’t be able to again afford his cap space unless we’re going to be taking cap dump back such as Goodrow or Trouba (who sucks and is Miller on defense). I really don’t see a trade with happening that doesn’t screw us over.
  3. Kesler did not ever yell at his teammates on ice. Also Kesler Sedins Burrows Bieksa etc all vocal character guys (at least for this team) weren’t ever quitters as well. Miller has been seen dozens of times quitting on plays, pouting when his team is up 6-2 and he’s not on the score sheet, being absolutely lazy, no backcheck etc along with this type of behaviour.
  4. What was the package again for Kesler? Etem, DSP, and a 1st or Ritchie Etem and a pick Lol. Instead we got Bonino and Sbisa baby! And McCann who we traded for Gudbranson who we then traded for Pearson!!!!!!!!!!
  5. We actually already have this, they’re called deepfakes. https://www.creativebloq.com/features/deepfake-examples
  6. Most natural language models use its own algorithm to detect the predictability of AI generated words based on “likely to least likely” categorizing every word 1-1000. If the word is top 10 or 50 depending on which model you use, it’s shaded in green. Top 100 shaded in yellow, and top 1000 shaded in red. Green meaning the word is likely to be AI generated, yellow meaning it’s unlikely, and red is not likely. You can see why it can be unreliable, especially if you the model you’re running doesn’t exactly know or where the source originates from. The good thing is, there will be language models that will be able to distinctly detect ChatGPT generated words, once it’s well understood. There’s already a language model that focuses on ChatGPT called originality.ai that uses well known language models including GPT-3 which is likely what ChatGPT incorporates to detect possible AI generated words. That said, plagiarism checkers uses more variables to detect plagiarism and other generated words because it has more sources to pull from the internet.
  7. Yeah, everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. I really don’t get why people are always on your ass lol.
  8. Miller screaming at the 3rd string goalie who literally kept us from being blown out 7-1
  9. Been awhile since we've had a butterfly goalie like Delia. Halak was kinda like that but he wasn't agile at all.
  10. Why should it be banned? It’s a high percentage play from behind the net, and probably the best chance of scoring from there. There’s many ways to defend it as well, and goalies are just as likely to get injured from an errant stick in the crease or a slap shot than from the Michigan move. If you’re skilled enough to do it, then do it. Nothing about it is illegal in Hockey terms. If the Michigan gets banned, then they’d have to ban tip in goals, batting pucks in mid air, as well as chipping pucks, basically anything that interferes with the trajectory of the puck aerially other than blocking a shot.
  11. I know Debs gonna hate this but trading Miller and signing Horvat should be something management has to be looking at.
