We've been missing those sub 3m guys for our third line for years. Hopefully Podz and Hogz come in and they can find a -3m $ center for them have some money for another D (defensive) even if we have to keep Myers for his last year move out that 9m with Garland and Beau would be those two guys there. Beau might be the easiest to gain a pick at the draft given his good numbers after the trade 1year left no ? Boeser is still trading him on a sell low state.. best if he has a good year and flip for a pick if we're not in the playoffs.. fingers crossed of course he plays better.. Garland definitely is on the sell low stage as of last year, if we could get a C or D prospect mid grade take that and run (clear cap gain a prospect) or add a B grade like Bones for a legit player maybe 3C/pK guy sub 3m some term If I was a betting man.. Beau gets best value (right now) if you can only pick one. Hope the other two play better and flip during the season..

Did I say kuz was in a decline, no. I said he barely got any mins with the new coach and got most of his goals under Bruce. So.... Yes they might go down. Never said decline though. You lost me at one of the best forward groups, we have half a cupboard full of maybes, Boeser.. enough said, can Kuz score 30+ again? He barely had minutes with the new coach keep that in mind, red hot Horvat is gone, Miller is on a New big time retirement contract which almost always see dipps in production.. will he ever score close to 100 again? Man the list goes on. Garland comes to mind it's crazy we're banking on a lot of what ifs. Other than Petey And Hughes (and Demko) this team is close to being on the decline in every other aspect. This season could easily be a disaster if Hornek has a career season and wants a big payday and gets it, we will continue to be a cap pressed team with a fringe playoff group. Not cool. In my books anyways. They need to shed salary and ice a competitive team. They need to regroup and try again. This is far from a top forward team in the NHL. Last year shows what we have isn't good enough. Imo all we've done is swap a great center with a 60 point consistency for a 20+ point defensemen who can eat mins. Call that par. I think we shouldnt be satisfied with what we're going into next year with at all...
