I know I read that the Bengals are on a bit of a losing streak to the Browns (not sure exactly how long) so I imagine he's lost all 3? It's just a weird year in the NFL. There's only maybe 3 teams that are actually good, and one of those teams managed to lose to the Colts. The Bengals are on that next level of teams that are in the "Are they good? Or am I being fooled again?" category, sorta similar to the 9ers as an example of what I mean. The Browns are another tier down from there, in the "They're not good but they might be better than dogshit" level. Therefore, I conclude that maybe good > maybe dogshit. Follow me for more betting tips.

I have a feeling that the Browns are still going to do Browns things and lose this game.

Could be Gaudette had something to say too? -

That's fair. I'd forgotten about Realmuto. I played against Harper's junior college and former teammates of his said he's "an even bigger dick than he comes off as in the media". But Schwarber reminds me of when you were a kid playing whiffle ball and there was that one kinda stocky, kinda pudgy kid that just mashed bombs with the big red plastic whiffle bat. That's what he looks like to me -

Talk about a marketing nightmare for MLB when they could've had LA/NY. I'm pulling for the Phils in the NLCS. Kyle Schwarber is fun to watch. -

Off the top of my head I can't think of another team in the playoffs with multiple Canadians on their roster so I'm throwing my hat in with Cleveland. -

It’s not a good bullpen but it was good enough to get them into the playoffs. It should be good enough to hold a seven run lead. -

I’ve been thinking about this. My initial thought was burn the whole thing down and fire everybody. But what the eff? A 7 run lead. Even with the passive approach at the trade deadline I can’t put this one on the front office. The bullpen of a playoff team should be able to hold a 7 run lead even if that team’s bullpen is weak relative to other teams in the postseason. They’re major league arms after all. This one falls solely on the players. -

It would be a little ironic to see Ray beat Gausman in game 2 (maybe in a Morissette kind of way?). The Jays could very well win game 2 and maybe the series, I just don’t have much faith in them as serious contenders. -

Can’t say I’ve looked at the Mariners rotation at all, but is it possible we see former Blue Jay Robbie Ray eliminate the blue birds next game? -
I figured you were a little young for that but I could be wrong. This current rendition of the Broncos is sad.

@King Heffy how do you tolerate being a Broncos fan?

[Rumour] Bo Horvat Trade/Contract Talks

Or Boeser. With Miller’s extension, that’s gotta guarantee one of the bigger ticket forwards will be gone before too long. IMO that’s one of Bo, Boeser, or maybe Garland because it probably won’t be Petey. -

It wasn’t the yips. I’m pretty sure he’s had multiple hip surgeries. -

They had a four game sweep of the LAA in May this year followed by a sweep of the White Sox from May 31-June 2. In July there was a 2 game sweep of the Phils and a 3 game sweep of the Red Sox (which included that 28-5 game. They swept the Red Sox again in August and then swept the Pirates at the start of September.
