Great to hear. Would've been exciting to see him sign an ELC and see how he does in TC. He's one of the kids I'm high on after his good performance in the WJCs for the Czechs. He probably would've ended up in Utica but at least he could use his time there to hone out his overall game. He's a pretty good face off specialist from what I learned and he can create plays as a C also while having the flexibility to switch over to W if needed. He's a kid worth keeping an eye on if we manage to get him signed

Yup. He's been a delight to watch. Unfortunately, when they face Juve in the final, they're capiché. No way they can break that defence Juve has.. its unreal -
I could see it being the case once again. Hopefully the Raps get it together and play to the same level the Cavs are playing right now. They look like a team that's just having fun and making it look so easy. Ibaka and Tucker needs to continue bringing it both ends. Lowry and DeRozan have to keep scoring and nailing some clutch buckets. D.C. And JV need to get back to how they were playing last year. Patterson needs to nail his shots as well. He's had so many missed opportunities. If the Raps rally around and get a split, they have a chance of turning it around and taking it. Of course it looks like a pipe dream right now but I'm hopeful

LeBron and Kyrie didn't even look like they broke a sweat today. Raps need to tighten their defence up and need to start next game on the front foot. Once you get ahead, you have a shot of winning the game. That's what we have to do the rest to win the series. Cavs are great but their defence can easily be exposed especially in the transition. Everyone will have to chip in and Patterson, Ibaka, Powell need to knock their open looks down to keep it close. I wouldnt mind seeing some Poeltl and Siakam during games. DC and JV need to step their game up to the next level. Kyle and DeRozan have to keep bringing it and nailing their jumpers and stay with LeBron and Kyrie. It was more of a scoring game today and we need to tighten up defensively and put some trapping on these Cavs every inbound. There's a chance to win this series as long as we play to our strengths which is a defence first mentality. Go Raps
-
I believe Raps can beat them. The Cavs are great offensively but they have problems defensively. Ibaka has to be big on both ends of the floor. If he delivers and Powell, JV, DC all contribute offensively and Tucker and Patterson step their defensive intensity up while nailing some shots with Lowry and DeRozan do their thing, they have a good chance of stealing the series. It would have to take a team effort but it's possible. Hanging around right now vs LeBron

2017 NHL Draft - Chicago, Illinois June 23-24 2017

I'm really sold on Glass. Has the potential to be a Johansen/Tyler Johnson like center. He knows where to be on the ice and works hard with and without the puck. Solid playmaker, wins face offs, and most importantly has a nice pretty shot that he can hurt goalies with. If Benning picks him up, he would be a good pick up. Has the potential to be the 3rd best player in the draft if he puts it all together. he does smart things with the puck as well and has high IQ. This is only one of his best games with Portland and he just continues to impress. No brainer pick imo -

If I were Benning, I'd probably try and do some wheeling and dealing with Mr. Shero and the Devils. I believe Hischier is worth every price to move up for. We were literally a number away from winning the lottery that would've done wonders to our team. It may be a heavy price but if we trade say our pick, Sbisa/Edler and CBJ 2nd and they bite, we have to go for it. Hischier is a game changer and he's the type of player that can make an impact every shift. He's just a electric, dynamic player that loves to score goals and rack up the scoresheet. But with Tram bolting, I doubt we trade a defenceman especially with the ED looming. Having McEneny potentially NHL ready after a good season with Utica may open the door for Benning to make a splash with the possibility of losing Sbisa/Edler to Vegas. I'm all in to trade up but if we can't, then I'd rather make the pick and choose Glass if not a faller from the top 4 potentially Vilardi, Heiskanen -

United set a new record with a 25 match unbeaten streak in their team history but tough to see the team drop points again. Haven't been able to catch them play but another draw against a bottom dweller like Swansea... you have to be kidding me. We would be 3rd or 4th had we converted those draws to wins. EL is the team's only shot at glory barring a City/Liverpool collapse. Being a United fan right now is frustrating. We really need to get our heads back into a winning mentality vs Celta Vigo as I don't think this team can beat Arsenal, Spurs unless Pogba, Martial, Rooney, Rashford provide a goals galore these last few matches. -

Glass looks like a clear cut choice at this point unless Benning goes with Makar or Mittelstadt then I wouldn't be disappointed either. All 3 have untapped potential and real good chance of being good NHLers. I'll be happy with any one of the 3 -

I'm willing to bet my money we pick up Middlestadt or Glass now. The lottery is a joke and fixed. We should never tank ever again. All it does is guarantee a top 4 or 5 pick. I'm leaning more towards Middlestadt. He has some flexibility being able to play the wing and he would help our PP a lot. Would love to watch some highlights of him play. He's tall, has a good release, looks good on the rush, and looks to be a good playmaker. We just never seem to get lucky though. Top 3 would've been nice -
Good game all around. Jacobson with a good volley off Bolanos' cleared free kick. Then Mezquida set Techera up for the winning goal. Ousted stole this game for us today. Good performance
-
Been a good draft so far for the Seahawks. Addressed our OLine needs. Then we pick up a good solid interior LB in McDowell with our first pick. picked up Pocic to fill in for C though he can play LT or RT plus his teammate WR Darboh. Tyson and Senior are good additions as well. Excited to see all these kids work in our system

We have a chance of getting back on the right track with a win this afternoon. I'd feel much better with our chances of making the playoffs after this win. Can't blame Gibby either for injuries to our 2 best players in Tulo and JD. Then you factor in the pitchers with Happ and Sanchez though I believe they've been cleared to play. -

Very excited about tonight. No matter what happens, we're going to get a good player in the top 5. Quite frankly, Benning's list is probably similar to mine but without Glass since he's a great player but I'd pick him only if we drop but even if we do, there's plenty to choose from. This team is due a top 2 pick I tell you. If we don't get one, I won't be surprised but I will certainly be disappointed. That being said, top 2 guarantees us one of Hischier or Patrick which would be franchise changing to our team. Both I've raved about and believed in. If we win the lotto tonight, I mean we're due to win something, Hischier is probably Benning's pick and choice. He's everything we need. Speed, skill, playmaker, shooter and can display some Patrick Kane like moves once you give some time and space in the offensive zone. I'm really sold with this kid. He's the kid that will bring people to the arena and get you on the edge of your seat. Hopefully everyone enjoys the day and cheers! -

They already have the Wild's 1st from the Hanzal trade which looks like a win from their side plus their own. Don't know why they'd trade for another 1st round pick -
Why is he falling anyway? He seems to be a good QB. I believe he has the potential to be a Prescott like QB. He's a clear upgrade over Boykin imo and he'll have the opportunity to develop into our QB of the future potentially
-
Apparently the Seahawks are looking to draft a QB today. I'd be ecstatic if they pick up Kizer if he somehow drops with our 2nd 2nd rounder. Good pick up in Alvin McDowell. I don't know much about him but hopefully he can help our defensive line out.

This along with the fact that he shoots right handed which helps our team a lot since we can play the match up game with other teams. Like Kesler for the Ducks, he was tasked with keeping McDavid in check and playing a 200 ft game. That's what I see in Vilardi. Great in all 3 zones and along the boards. Really shifty player that would be a great pick if we pick say 3. He has a nice finishing touch also and can really burn opposition if you leave him all alone in a breakaway. -

Ran the simulator once after running it a few times earlier in the morning and will stick with it. Hopefully it will be similar to the results tomorrow if not better! 1. Colorado 2. Vegas 3. Vancouver ill be happy with this any day. Watched Vilardi's highlights from last season's and he looks incredible. Really confident he's going to turn into a Pavelski type of player which is something we could use. He's a good playmaker and controls the puck really well. He can finish any loose pucks lying in the slot and any rebounds with ease. Has a really nice shot and release. If we end up drafting him, I'll be very pleased and say we would come away with a good NHL player down the road for the team. Really excited for tomorrow -

Liljegren has been a hard faller this season and I hope we trade one of our D in Edler and Sbisa for a 1st and possibly more depending on if there are any desperate teams out there and pick this kid up. He still has Karlsson and Ekman Larsson upside imo and had he not had been out for most of the season he would be in the top 10 at the very least. Hischier is my pick all day especially when even TSN can't even set in straight who's the #1 prospect in this draft as I've said in the past. My top 5 to round off is 2. Patrick 3. Vilardi 4. Middlestadt 5. Heiskanen im starting to get the Middlestadt train if we drop but Heiskanen looks like a decent choice also after his performance for the Finns in the U18s. He looks to be a solid playmaker with 12 points in 7 in the tourney. The fact that we are almost guaranteed one of these players is exciting and tomorrow can't come soon enough. -
He's adding more assets while possibly still being able to pick the player the team and what he wants that'll make an instant impact in the present and the near future. He has an eye for top notch talent and it doesn't mean they have to be picked in the 1st round. Hopefully they pick up Robinson tomorrow as I'm surprised he's still available and he's the best OT ranked by NFL Network. Will be a solid addition to our growing offensive line that needs some work but should be fixed with the additions of Joeckel and 2nd round pick tomorrow along with the signing of Eddie Lacy and I'm pretty happy with how this offseason has gone so far
-
Yeah most likely. Another kid I have my eye on is Melifonwu. He's another option the Seahawks could also be looking at as well. But there's plenty to choose from that they could consider
-
Well guess Seahawks will be making their 1st selection tomorrow. Somehow Ramcyzk, Foster, Robinson are still available. Good idea to trade back in a draft where teams are drafting on their needs and not best player available for the most part
-
I meant the Washington CB Kevin King maybe. He looks like a decent option
-
Great move by the Seahawks. They accumulate more picks and get to pick one of the top 2 OT available in Ramcyzk and another guy also. There's also a nickel player still out there in Budda Baker that the Seahawks may consider and John Ross as well. Lots to choose from
