  1. I suggested that months ago. A net front presence who plays tough in front of the net, has a great scoring touch and would be a deterrent to anyone thinking about taking liberties on Petey.
  2. Plus, this year is his contract year. He's playing for money. He should be completely ashamed, but apparently he's not. You're right, what a disaster. And that's not on Benning. If he performed anywhere near to his contract year in Boston, no one would be complaining. But he didn't. He's milking it. Edit: What this does show is complete lack of professionalism. He should be playing his heart our, period.
  3. OJ is clearly the more composed, better defender. But even his shot is strong and accurate. OJ doesn't get PK time for nothing. I really like Rathbone, and suggested trying him on LW. 5'11 and 190 isn't small. Smyl and Wendell Clark did quite well.
  4. Olli will not make it to Abbotsford. He'll be grabbed off the waiver wire in a heart beat. Guaranteed.
  5. I completely agree. Most of the best players play a complete 200 foot game, and EP40 does that better than Marner. Especially when push comes to shove, in the playoffs.
  6. I say, trade Kane to Calgary! Haha! He will fit in well with Tkaschmuk! Haha!
  7. Two completely different players. Both potentially great, but I like the fact Podz plays with the heart of a lion. He's not going to be easy to play against.
  8. Sorry, but I don't like the idea of throwing away Juolevi so fast. Yes, he had bad luck with injuries to begin with, but he has great potential even at a younger age.
  9. No way. Podz is going to be way harder to play against than Brady.
  10. 86? Have you been thrown out of a lot a bars? Haha! (Kidding)
  11. I've always said, "when push comes to shove, talk is cheap." Good on Bo.
  12. I'm not saying he isn't a great player, to some degree. I personally wouldn't sell the farm for him. Even though he was injured last year, imo, he isn't someone i'm going to bet the house on to bring home the cup. Each to their own. And yeah, I have a very good idea what's for real.
  13. I wouldn't say he's >>>>> than Horvat. Bo plays hard minutes, has thankfully been healthy and scores close to 60 points a season. For his own sake, let's see how Eichel's health turns out.
  14. Eichel is over hyped, imo. He isn't a difference maker on the Sabres, and most likely isn't on any other team. I'd rather have Horvat over Monahan any day.
  15. Yeah, I don't know for sure, but It happens. I literally grew 6" in one summer.
  16. I said this a month or so ago. Even if it didn't work out, it's still worth giving it a shot. Someone who crashes, bangs, has the skill to put the puck in the net, and who will stick up for his teammates. Petey needs to improve on face-offs.
  17. That's a valid point, for sure. But if that's what it takes to make Quinn to feel more comfortable, so be it.
  18. I thought I saw OJ played the right side last year and didn't look out of place.
  19. We're all about to see how this plays out. One way or another, I wish OJ the best.
