I like this call-up for the Canucks . I watch all the Comets games and he has been one of the best all round Dman in Utica. I have always thought he is a player like Tanev.

I have just seen unfriendly looks between them over the last month or so. Also have noticed a few discussions between them coming back to the bench that looked heated. Nothing that I can quote but just a feeling.

Next season should be interesting because Raferty has a 1-way contract for next season. Did Jim foresee how good he is? Jim is starting to become a legend here in Vancouver for his almost other worldly skill of drafting and finding undrafted gems.

Raferty doesn't look to be as aggressive as Kevin. I would also say Juice seemed to be stockier as well.

My daughter thinks he looks like Jason Bourne (Matt Daemon). He should be a popular young guy in this market.

Maybe Green should sit Adam for a game so he can get some perspective. Green did that with Sven and it usually resulted in a a more focused player.

If the rest of the team was in Boston, why wouldn't they go to the game if they want to?

I have liked this kid since we drafted him. He could give Jake some competition for the fastest skater. I think he will be very similar to Krug in Boston.

I am wondering if the rise of Madden could make Adam expendable?

I have two concerns about Justin. Firstly, he is kind of soft for such big guy. When I watch Utica play I am always surprised at how little he is physical in games. Secondly, He is fast but seems to be out of control when he turns up the speed. It seems to me that he looses a lot of pucks skating through the neutral zone. I'm not a scout but this is how I see it with my limited knowledge of the game. I am worried that this will get exposed in the NHL. Hope I'm wrong but I think he is real good in the "A" but vulnerable in the NHL. Kind of like Reid B. I would have rather seen Kole Lind with a shot.

He has played around the same amount of games as the other goalie in Utica but seems to be the best goalie we have there. Do you all think they will start playing him more down the stretch?
