Heard on the radio this morning that a lot of dmen are taken in round two, who turn out really good. (PK, Weber, Keith, and more too) Maybe our second round picks should be D?
Maybe people are frustrated with Benning drafting for a positional need rather than selecting the BPA with those picks? In this coming draft who will (likely) be the BPA at five? Vilardi, Glass?
I think we would need to make certain his wife (and other family who come here) is well set up too. There needs to be connection to the Russian community, so she doesn't feel so alone, maybe?
Well said. I really think Tryamkin wants to be at home, with family and friends. Yes, we miss him. I just don't see a guy, who puts his family and friends first like he obviously does, coming back.
It's likely pretty hard to be a complete player (paying attention to the details of defensive responsibilities) when you are not in top shape. This guy could be a real steal if he could get into Sedin shape!
Wow! I sure hope you're right, and this (wish of ours) comes to fruition. It would be awesome for us to have another top pick. If we did have to add to make it happen, would you? Would JB?
Do you think each of those guys has a similar ceiling once developed? I heard Glass is already 6'2", and still growing. He's light though, so we will have to wait for a while.
It seems like there are a few GM's every July 1st., who make a big splash, that end up with a bad contract. It shouldn't matter how much Loui is paid, if his play is only fourth line and PK, then that's what he should get.
I think JB hit two home runs at the 2017 TDL. Dhalen may even be the better player of the two, and Goldy looks really good. Now let's get a coach who lets these offensively gifted players actually play without fear of getting benched.
