  1. Car people: approx how long should your windshield washer fluid last?  Don't see any leaks but had to refill a whole can after about 2-3 weeks.

Depends on the size of your vehicle's fluid reservoir and how often you use it.

Filling it every 2-3 is a bit excessive.  You either use your fluid heavily or you have a leak that is somewhere between the reservoir and the pump and/or the pump and the spray nozzles on your hood.  Have someone look under the car while you have the pump activated and see if it's leaking more fluid than is coming out of the nozzles....

@SabreFan1 Yeah I don't notice a leak but could be in somewhere.  Don't use it to often, the sensor came on but still used it again today, 2-3 doesn't seem right..  I filled it again today and documented it just to test and see how long it goes.  I got warranty on my car so if I see it low again in a few weeks, will get it checked out.

If the leak is somewhere along the line itself rather than at the reservoir, it would only leak when the pump puts pressure in the line while you're using it while you're driving.  Kinda like poking holes in top of your garden hose.  The hose wouldn't leak until you turned on the spigot at the side of your house on.

  2. Love him or hate him, man Ferland is a player you want and need for the playoffs.

    1. Quantum

      Quantum

Yeah, but the Canucks have their own Ferland in the making and his name is Joseph Labate.

@Quantum Ferland has WAY more offensive upside. He already has 12 goals so far this year.

Yeah, I guess that's true. I mean, we still haven't really seen what Labate can do but from the games I've seen of him with the Canucks... He plays hard and drives to the net. He just hasn't converted in his limited time in the NHL. I suspect it'll take some time for a Labate like a Ferland. But what I meant with my first post is that from a toughness perspective, Ferland might meet his match in Labate. Labate just needs some time to adjust to the NHL, much like Ferland did when he first got into the NHL a few years ago.

  3. 453 1 win away from tying Joseph, 2 wins away from 4th all time!
  4. Yeah casual fans still think every fight should be a bloody mess with guys getting knocked out of their brains. Sport has evolved so much. I personally enjoy watching fights that has a lot of take downs, rolling on the ground with good bjj. Damian Mia is a pleasure to watch, because of his high level bjj.
  5. No, you just don't know how MMA is scored. I don't entirely either. He may be boring, but that's how he fights and what makes him one of the best. He only cares about getting the W.
  6. 451 Another win but Lu hasn't been great in awhile, dunno whats going on
  7. THUNDER FROM JALANDHAR!! He gonna win the title
  8. Matches were good but disappointed in the Rumble. No surprises or new debuts and didn't live up to the hype. Didn't think Orton would win, seems random but I think Cena could be done soon and maybe wants to have one last match/feud with Orton who is good friends with.
  9. This Rumble looks to be one of the best ever! Genuinely have no clue who wins and how things will play out.
  10. That's sports. Don't think fans of winning teams care about boring or not. As long as they win.
  11. Lol you guessed right. Obviously added and dropped a lot of players but had the main core. Cam didnt help, Gronk was a bust and had terrible WR's and RB's
  12. This Royal Rumble is going be great! Probably one of the best ever. So many big names that it will be interesting to see who actually wins it, have no idea at this point.
  13. Finally! Been a while since a W. And 1st SO of the season, 73 career.
  14. Anyone good with EXCEL?  I have a question.  I have simply a bunch of numbers in my cells and I want to be able to see out of all my numbers, how many times each number comes up...Is this possible?

Thanks for the help, Just found out how to do it.  COUNTIF function it is

      I use this formula:

      =COUNTA(IFERROR( FILTER( H1:H , SEARCH( A1 , H1:H ) ) ) )

Let's you have multiple linking formulas in case what you are searching changes; and also lets you pick the area to search. The A1 = what you want to count.... H1:H being the area the formula searches.

That formula is a lot more complex than countif, but can do a lot more things. Good thing to have for later.

  15. Most likely Nunes next fight is gonna be winner of Pena vs. Shevchenko. They fight at the end of the month. Pena is pretty tough and well rounded as well. Undefeated in the UFC and won Ultimate Fighter.
  16. Yeah that's what most say, quick starter but probably gasses. But I would also say she looks to be getting better.
  17. Let's talk! I think Nunes will be the champion for a while now. After watching this fight and her last fight, I've realized she is probably the most well rounded female fighters in the division. Stand up is great, brown belt in judo, black belt in bjj and I didn't see any way Rousey could beat her. Meisha Tate even said after the fight that Amanda punches like a man she has that much power.
  18. Do most people who win the lottery pick their numbers or have them automatically drawn?

    1. Ghostsof1915

      Ghostsof1915

Statistically, the odds are the same that any combination of numbers will be picked. So, it doesn’t matter if you choose lucky numbers or let the machine choose for you. There is no predictable method to picking the winning numbers of the lottery.

    2. luckylager

      luckylager

According to powerball stats-  70-80% of winning tickets are quick picks, but at the same time 70-80% of tickets purchased are quick picks. So, what Ghost says is 100% correct.

Side note - having "lucky numbers" that you compulsively play is a form of gambling addiction, the fear of your numbers coming up if you don't play that week is the crux. All addicts start somewhere. Before you know it you could have many groups of lucky numbers and be blowing $100 a week on a fools tax. Addictions grow and become more powerful the more you indulge them, you'll begin searching for that thrill everywhere.

Just say no to lucky numbers.

  19. Got a a new Panthers Luongo jersey! Don't about others but is a dman good looking jersey

  20. Haha I was waiting for it! Haven't had a win awhile, be nice to see them go on a litlle streak.
