  1. Plus it's great seeing the AHL contingent showing their chops ... Juulsen auditioning for Huggy Bear's full time partner ... Wolanin showing that OEL might be expendable... Aman proving to be a good 4th line center. They're excited to be winning, as are the vets. And our big 3 being in on both goals. What's not to like? Oh yes - our odds of drafting Bedard dropped from nothing to zero
  2. Gibson was outstanding... Brian Hayward (Ducks color man) said he counted 20 Canucks grade A chances and without Gibson's heroics could have been a 6-1 final
  3. Interesting snippet ..... McDonough has a heavy shot, and admittedly, needs to work on his skating a bit. There’s no guarantee he’ll get into a game on this road trip, but no matter the case, the Canucks’ leadership group wasted little time in making him feel welcome. According to Tocchet, the leadership group (Elias Pettersson, Quinn Hughes, and JT Miller) took McDonough out for dinner. “Leadership group took him out for dinner, which was really nice, I love that sort of stuff. He’s good, he’s got a good shot, we’ll work a bit in practice the next few days to get him up to speed on our system”
  4. He got his 100th some time ago - last night's was his 104th
  5. Not quite.. in 1st we had over 6 minutes without a Kings shot. Also had a dominating 2 mins 20 secs in their zone - we had 2 line changes keeping possession with Doughty 2 mins 12 secs on 1 shift. Kings broadcast crew couldn't believe it
  6. Per the Kings' broadcast team Toronto did review and signaled good goal
  7. Abby up 3 - 1 at end of 2nd on goals by Alfaro, Karlsson and a shorty by Bains
