Dammit, I didn't realize he had problems with his wrist as well. Someone needs to calm me down, I really hope this doesn't end up affecting his long-term health/career, and even his lethal shot.

Gotta say I'm really happy with how honest Salo is about Juolevi's development, instead of giving vague and safe public responses he's pretty open about how he's progressing.

I'm a little annoyed with how nobody outside of the Canucks fanbase is talking about how Brock is one point behind Keller despite Keller having played 5 more games. He's also tied with Barzal, who's played 2 more games than him. Yet in all these Calder predictions and analyst videos, Boeser's name is barely mentioned.

We then drafted Boeser with the 23rd overall pick. Boeser is definitely a top-10 player in that draft and time will tell if he will be a top-5.
As an aside, this makes me wonder... "Why isn't anyone taking Kole Lind?"
I hadn't realized that. Possible foreshadowing to how Lind will turn out for us?

Makes me wonder how big of a part Willie had in these players and their development.

In my opinion we just need scoring forwards that have size and push back. Would be great to have Virtanen in our lineup, I'm really hoping he can bounce back.

Lets just hope he's healthy enough to turn his game around next season. He's great with the young guys and I'd love to see him flourish in Vancouver

That's true, maybe Tanev could go for a first. I'd rather see Edler go though, but his NMC might make things difficult

Hopefully Guddy is healthy enough next season to step up so we can unload Edler during the TDL.

It was a conditional 4th round that would turn into a first if the Sharks win the cup. I dont know if you could trade Tanev straight up for a first. I think Sharks are okay with the deal they made because winning the Cup means they are a win now team and a 1st round isnt as valuable to them anymore.

Sort of unrelated, but I'm wondering if seeing how Boeser handled everything going on in his life (His close friends passing away, his father's Parkinsons) influenced Benning's decision to draft him. A guy with that much character and resolve, after everything that has happened to him, still able to play at the top of his game. Much respect to Boeser.
