  1. Really pulling for this young man, injury was a setback.. was hoping to see him in camp this season , who knows maybe Abby by end his Liga season.
  2. I do believe I said : and quite possibly “as exciting “ to watch as Bure was . I was at Bures debut game, watched his entire career , yes an exceptional talent skillfully and physically.. no doubt in agreement with the TYPE of player was . But the excitement a player brings to the game is one bestowed to and on the fan, I do believe Kuzmenko, has all the tools to bring the same level of excitement for fans, the one that gets you asking WTF or How TF did that just happen. Bure would have you sliding to the edge of your seat almost every shift, I hope Kuz can create that same excitement.
  3. Dudes ripped and ready.

    It’s Miller for 3 to 4 years . C
  5. Truly hope his ( Mihkey ) training has gone well, understanding it was a mild tear that did not totally break is better for the repair process. it usually means less intrusion on the ligament and surrounding muscles that support the proper function. I think the emotion we saw from him , was truly from his disappointment from making the choice to stop and get it repaired. I’ve had a similar repair ,. The biggest obstacle to overcome is the mental aspect of knowing you’ve had a repair , and sometimes guarding yourself , or being apprehensive about how strong it is . I beleive his passion for the game , and wanting to prove himself here will bring out the best out come,. same passion that Kuz has.
  6. He now has cheek bones ! young lad is going to be in beast mode this season!
  7. And quite possibly, as exciting to watch as Bure was.
  8. I agree Alf,. But consider this was his first season ,. And that great performance and percentage out put.. Hes tripling his abilities now.. wonder if new Dad Poz (Milstein client) is able to get there,. perhaps next season ,. Kuz is going to become a genuine leader through this.
  9. Lol! but Damn this training Milstein got Kuz into is Fabulous on so many levels ! Best Trainers and Training in Paradise,. If ever Training can become heavenly?? Wow!! Milstein is in sync with how to motivate this generation of hockey players . Hands down. Kuz is going to need a Cape! He’s going to shatter his 1st season level. Perhaps others follow him there next season, and start a trend for hockey training and holiday combine for the team.
  10. I think the words being used here are “hope” and “hopeful” ,. I’ll subscribe to hoping he signs something similar. Let the pucks drop.
  11. Turn these wanna be Sport Jocks OFF , They offer no insight into the team through trusted , gained relationships that are affiliated with the Canucks Organization. Granted the Canucks don’t trust them because they exploit and twist everything that is announced with some kind of conspiracy or DIYourself Physiological anal-lisis Better discussions happen here with true fans.
  12. We’ve heard from Alvine that Pearson should be at camp,. But have we heard anything about Mihkey ?
  13. Looked fantastic getting good ice time in Abby,. Huge growth last season for it. He will definitely be pushing someone off , he was already strong physically, but has definitely improved on his tenacity, and fearlessness. Nils will shine this year.
  14. Have to appreciate Fabers dedication to Abby and all the prospects. I find his opinions to be fair and detailed…
  15. That’s right , Your the same “dude” that showed up in the war in UKraine thread laughing at numbers of killed troops , balking information as conspiracy. Thanks for trolling it into the Adults thread. Your a charm homer. This thread should be locked soon, don’t cry to hard about it.. and don’t trip on your cape.
  16. it’s lame for others not to realize the historic difficulties for athletes caught under dictatorship or autocratic/ regime control. it’s been historic, and affected many RUZ and other foreign hockey players since Mogilny and Statsny defected.. to present day Draft star Michkov, whose Father was murdered either because he would not let his son be extorted in his international career, or for asking that his son not play for a KHL club that drafted him.. see , they think they have ownership over players they put into a draft, there are few freedoms, and sometimes money is te only way to get it.. but then it continues. Bure was reportedly tagged by mobsters while he was here. the usual puke says “oh he’s Russian “ but they don’t know the oppression and control that takes place. it’s a criminal terroristic state , and don’t be so gullible not to think it may have affected Tryamkin. It’s possible it’s a snap shot of the climate in that part of the world, that also will affect Tryamkin, and only a matter of time before Putin conscripts every hockey player to fight his war, and risk their life for him. That Thread got moved because of a single troll baiting the thread into N American politics. It should never had been moved out of this domain. Now the mods will feel free to shutdown entire threads because of trolls who’s only agenda is just that.. destroy./ derail . This was a snapshot for those who can not see past their TV controller.. and not understand how something Similar could have affected this player.

  18. Just a reality check for those who know nothing about the realities for Russia and their citizens, Tryamkin is one,. It’s just the truth ,. Thread should be closed now anyway .. another truth.
  19. Well , we’re closer to it now that we traded Horvat . Boeser is next .
  20. We have an exceptional D core of prospects that will be with us in 2 years, Im looking forward to watching their development even closer. Jurmo has stated he will come to Abby if he makes that cut,. I’d like to think Dman Petterson is thinking the same. Willander off to college, could change his mind in a couple of years and make a push into the Org. Woolanin has looked solid for us. Juulsen as well, I think penciling in Hirose is there because of his contract (one way?) we have a lot to look forward to. I wish Tryamkin all the best.
  21. It’s too bad , the “one year show me “ was there, just not the money he wanted. Compromising for the opportunity to play here would have paid dividends in the future. Russia is a mess, the sanctions in place over the next decade are going to implode that country . . I don’t think the KHL willl survive. Per Rick Dhaliwal of Donnie and Dhali — The Team, Tryamkin did get offers from NHL teams, but nothing that was worth “uprooting his family” for. “The last time he signed in Russia, he signed in the spring,” said Dhaliwal. “This time they went to July 1, they couldn’t get the contract, couldn’t get the money they were looking for on a one-year deal…Not enough for him to uproot his family for one season. They just didn’t get the money they were looking for.”
  22. Those clauses exist all over the league , and on many entry level contracts , usually attached to allow young foreign players to go back to their home teams respectively.
