  1. .. and still people here will buy into this recent hype to say he is a disruption,. When actually it’s all of his accusers and false accusations that have been. Its those false narratives that need to be held accountable,. Including Sharks Management.
  2. I think the league is also responsible for letting the termination happen. The NHL , in theory should have let their own investigation clear that matter up before the termination. The Sharks may have Kane after them for his contract,. But certainly the Sharks should go after the NHL for letting the termination happen. I thought all moves had to be okayed by the league before a transaction, termination, trade, buy out , or whatever happens. ? Kane is a beast who is going to be a distraction for every opponent.. They have now, and will get high scoring from all lines now . Bringing in this ppg physical driven Kane will strengthen the entire team. He will make a positive difference there.
  3. Perfect trade for us… Hearing the Rumour is for Lafreniere, a 1st this draft and a second rnd pick next season. ARE THE VANCOUVER CANUCKS INTERESTED IN A ALEXIS LAFRENIERE TRADE? By Rob Ellis - January 27, 2022 Alexis Lafreniere has not lived up to expectations for a number one overall pick, but he is young and still has lots of time to improve. With the New York Rangers facing salary cap issues in the next few years they may look to trade Lafreniere. Larry Brooks of the New York Post wonders if Vancouver will make a serious offseason run trading for Lafreniere now that they have hired his (former) agent, Emilie Castonguay, as assistant GM? Brooks went on to say, Lafreniere is going to have to move to the right wing in order to get top six minutes in New York. If there is doubt that he can handle the move, the Rangers are going to have to consider their options. Bo Horvat would have to come back in a Lafreniere deal to fill that spot in the middle behind Mika Zibanejad. It will be interesting to see if the Rangers decide to make a Lafreniere trade in the offseason as they do face a serious salary cap issue in the next few years.

  5. I’m confused by that Stawns, I can’t see Horvat playing like he is now at 30, I think he’ll decline soon. most nights he looks heavy. . Hard to skater. to me.
  6. .. and I hope what your understanding from me is that I think Miller is an “outliar” , who could continue to play this way for another 5 years, and be one of the best leaders, teamates and this Organization has ever seen. I think it’s Horvat and Boeser who will decline in 2 years, and personally, I’d rather keep a top level leader for 5 and trade another asset/s to fill where I think we a bit weak. one on D, one on forward. we are not far away from a great team with Miller, but just staying good , and having nothing outstanding (other than goaltending) just keeps in mediocrity in my eyes. I hope Management makes the right decision here.. and hope they have conversations with all camps soon.
  7. @aGENT @stawns @N4ZZY Let me ask you guys this, if Horvat was playing like Miller is,. And Miller was playing like Horvat. would you move Horvat? (each player can keep his relative age)
  8. How much do you weigh ? Ill change it if you can find out if you weigh less than both of them !!
  9. I think Alvin and company already know who to keep, and who to move on.…. Im going to leave you guys with your champagne wishes and caviar dreams Stawnzy
  10. I thought it was Whitehorse ?? He told a story about his making his first hockey stick out of fence picket from his Uncle Teds Fence. Ron later converted it to repair a Dog Sled Ski to get to school on. . . And after that broke 8 years later, he carved it down into a Fishing Pole that he gave back to his Uncle Ted for his 60th birthday. Ted found it wasn’t very good, so he used it to replace a picket in his fence that went missing years ago.
  11. Seems we like mediocre players to stay and really good ones to leave… for a hope and a prayer. Nothing beats a Country Club 19th hole atmosphere, surrounded by favourite friends and repetitive tales of “do you remember when?” I thought The Linden Trade smashed that template here,. Apparently not. How adorable.
  12. Boeser is the better one to move. we are missing 2 decent positional players.. another physically strong skillful D man, and a physically present power forward. Boeser + (player last name) DeBrusk and a Dman ? (Brandon Carlo?) im just spit in chicklets,. Just trying to be more creative with the player to move (Boeser) but Debrusk has stated he wants out of Boston,. So there is an open door there.. Boeser might fed off of Hall ? I would think Carlo would be a good Hamonic replacement at least?
  13. I agree about Boeser, more so than any one,. .. but Bo is 27 this year,. You know , closing in on 30 and “declining”
  14. But he is getting closer to 30 yrs old,. 27 in April .. hmmm
  15. What do having good draft picks and the Edmonton Oilers have in common Alf? Hint :
  16. If Boudreau continues to lean on Lamikko to cover key opposing Center men.. and keeps answering to his task,. I wonder if Horvat becomes a trade piece at the Draft. Lamikko has been playing well and his last 2 assignments McDavid, and Ryan OReily were top notch.
  17. Yes, I have friends in the US who want to leave. They fear for their childrens lives everyday.
  18. That’s so you,. ! your posts have players from everywhere and Timbuktu coming here for Miller. you could be the GM of the Timbuktu Tuuks for all I know? or..
  19. before he got here Stawns. He got here 3 seasons ago. ”3-4 years ago” our core group was Horvat EP Boeser again .. context.
