  1. Your All out of context and assuming again Stawnzy.. good players really can have longetivity. … but you know, or get a feeling for Millers career. Even Kreskin’s telepathic powers don’t match up to yours. you did say he is declining.
  2. Very good drinking water here.. it’s taken for granted. I personally love the fact we get 4 seasons. California seems to be on fire 12 months a year…. Nice places to visit if you don’t get shot at too. Dont forget your sunscreen
  3. That’s what we were doing 3-4 years ago with the same core group your keeping.
  4. I don’t read of too many (if any) home grown threats to Canada. Yet right now, real time in the U.S,. Domestic Terrorism is a reality,. White Supremacy Groups are real, and a The biggest Democratic Country in the world is fighting to keep Democracy. In a country without any real gun laws, and 160 guns per 100 households, where most have become desensitized to Mall Massacres, and Schoolyard slaughter on a weekly basis.. im happy here , WITH stricter Covid measures.. im sure there are others in this country, and other countries would agree with me.
  5. He will do very well in Edmonton. Short term, very low risk.. low cap deal. The dressing room was about to burn anyway, what’s a little fuel on the fire ? Lol i hope the best for him, I only wish he was coming here.
  6. Well, I don’t think an American Civil War is a conspiracy theory,. Given they already had one,. And there was an attack on the government earlier this year.
  7. Rishaug reported that Kane has been practising in Vancouver in anticipation of a comeback, and that "contract details needs to be buttoned down, but strong sense Edmonton will land him."
  8. I think new management is hoping to have that centrepiece player to advance from this point in time. Miller has effectively got us to this point.. now he needs real support. Minus Miller,. It’s only Horvat Petey Boeser Hughes.. rinse / repeat for 3 years… didn’t we just do that previous to Miller? Call it 5 years then. .. anything replacing Miller is fill in the blank, player last name.. “this pick will look great in 3-4 years”. Miller has proved to be a Center piece player over anything we have that’s not named Demko.
  9. Will trading Horvat or Boeser not bring a RHD ? Is moving Horvat or Boeser a condemnable offence?
  10. Horvat / Boeser … why does it h a v e to be what Miller would bring. Why can it not be a lesser value? Miller has proved to be more to this club than either of the above.
  11. The last couple of games and who Lamikko has been lined up against,. (OReily- McDavid) I wonder if Horvat is becoming more “tradeable”? See how the season ends. But this player is working hard , and keeps rising to the occasion,. Gotta love watching him.
  12. I think if Miller is asked , and he says he wants to stay,. This management group will make it happen . He is everything this team needs , he is positive in every check box. There are others worth trading that will bring everything that’s missing here. But to move this vet moves us back 3 years, and leaves us without his powerhouse leadership.. the latter almost irreplaceable. The argument here is his trade value and that he will bring the best return. The return is unknown,. And will definitely not return what we lose in Miller. Others traded might not bring the “best” return, but they should be able bring the right returns to the positional strengths we need.
  13. Love the way Lammikko is getting stronger every game, he did well against R OReily the last game,. Winning key face offs too!
  14. This is part of the reason I think Miller, if he wants to stay,. Is worth so much more to the Canucks . He is the perfect vet / presence/ leader that this team has missed for many years.. and will be able to leave his fingerprints of intensity on many others to come. There is no one in the room with that same enthusiasm if he is moved.… and thinking it will come back in a trade is fantasy.
  15. The off setting argument can be made that we have to extend or give a 7.5 m? Qualifying offer to Boeser to retain him , or he himself walks away for nothing basically. Given Boesers situation is timing related, and we have Miller for another season. I personally think Boeser is more of a concern for management right now than Miller.
  16. I think if the league had anything negative on Kane, they would be hammering down on him as we speak. This delay smells more of damage control for the Sharks.. lesser contract buy out, and no cap hit , which they would have had previously in a trade. trying to help the Sharks out of legal woes from their knee jerk reaction, and the league for allowing the Sharks to terminate. Regardless, This really shouldn’t be taking so long.. and I’m probably wrong
