  1. That Seattle Sports Journalist knows more about hockey and players than 90 % of the BS’rs in Vancouver.
  2. RT going “old school” throwing our strong man 81 in front of the net with Horvat and Boeser. I like it!!
  3. Sure we haven’t won a cup ,. But we’ve performed better than the Leafs.. and around every decade we’ve had good contention. The Canucks joined the league in 1970as an expansion team along with the Buffalo Sabres. In its NHL history, the team has advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals three times, losing to the New York Islanders in 1982, the New York Rangers in 1994 and the Boston Bruinsin 2011. They have won the Presidents' Trophy in back-to-back seasons as the team with the league's best regular-season record in the 2010–11 and 2011–12 seasons. They won three division titles as a member of the Smythe Division from 1974 to 1993, and seven titles as a member of the Northwest Division from 1998 to 2013. The Canucks, along with the Sabres, are the two oldest teams to have never won the Stanley Cup.[6] Go back to your kiddy pool
  4. Boeser seems to be holding that roster spot that a few of the boys in Abby have been pushing for.. hope to see more of Aman, Podz , Klimo, and others rottated in, besides a possible prospect coming back in a trade for Brock and / or Bo.
  5. Have you seen what the Oilers have gone through for over 2 decades after doing that? all their promise is now declining.
  6. I don’t know the demographics from team to team , but I would think most teams are primarily built on NAmerican, Swedish, and Russian players. it has made too much sense To especially have those 2 extra languages fluid within all teams for all relationships within the organizations.
  7. Have to say, although I don’t think it changed what Kuz wanted to (sign here), but acquiring S Gonchar is a move that is embraced in a very positive light. Just wish 88 could have had the same experience here.
  8. Seems like a lot of even TOI for players,. We look stronger in the 3rd for it. OEL not playing outside of himself , sticking to form and not making as many mistakes. Miller playing more heads up and not over trying too,. He’ll get 2 points every night like this.…. And I’m happy to see Kuz playing a little more selfishly.
  9. Klimo tonight, prospects have looked good the past couple of weeks. 4th in the Pacific tonight, might be running with Ist after tonight. pack it up Abby, stack that Chicken Farm !!
  10. Strudnicka is 47 % in F/O’s this is a good move to move him up skating against top opponents. Even on the 4th line , his FO opponents were likely 1st line centers on many occasions.
  11. Seems all the boys are playing well in Abby, good for most to be away over this time.. Management needs to move vets , and start to create room here
  12. We have a prospect in Abby that has qualities of Bieska and Rypien.. Alex Kannok Leipert . (id call him the reaper ) two fights one game.. sorry seems parameter settings these days are too sensitive. but he raises eyebrows, and will if Tochett sees him . ps. Apparently kid holds a black belt in something.
  13. I have not heard of Demkos status or a follow up of his injury for quite some time .. sort of unrelated to moving Horvat,. But possibly not. If J Eichel can move through a surgery ,. Nothing is “home safe”. anybody? Demko Horvat Rasmussen Seider
