  1. It would only be fitting that the guy that broke the record of the #1's picture, and the guy that would have broke the record as well if not for injury(Pettersson and Boeser) lead the charge.
  2. Did you recently become a Canucks fan and think this fan base/forum is stupid? Have you not seen the countless Eriksson threads? FFS. F. F F F F F F.
  3. Yes and no. Yes, we have a competitive team and I am super high on EVERYONE on this team, super homer. I think everyone will compliment each other next year. I bet Petey and Brock hit 40 goals, Bo has a solid 30 goal campaign and everyone has career years because of the solid group around them. Heres why I said no: The rebuild should never be over. Always think about the future and how balanced your prospect pool is before mortgaging the future. We pick up Nils and Vasili from the draft, one could have gone top 3 other one top 20. Do I mind that we traded an upcoming first for JT Miller? No, we have one of the best prospect pools in the NHL, and we can afford J.T. But man, we've got a solid team and I know I can make a case for most of our players having career years next year. I think Bo finished with 27 last year on a no-playoff team. He could hit 30 easily with a full season beside TP and Miller/MF(MF)
  4. The more the merrier! Bae is great, and I'm sure the doctors are taking every precaution to make sure he his fully healed and his brain isn't necessarily in danger if he were to return and take a clean / heavy hit. Headshots, CTE, etc, its a lot to take in for Bae and his family.
  5. Thanks for the heads up! Will do it when I’m home from work!
  6. I LOVE YOU JIMBO. Must be something in place for LE and Sutter
  7. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I think he might be confused, it’s late.
  8. This is like, speculating a rumour, that he called bs and then called it a rumour again, losing all merit to his argument.
  9. Yeah, it’s in my title. Still, happy for what recognition our players get.
  10. I don’t think it’s a surprise, and not to people out east. He’s been there his whole career and I don’t expect people from the west to be attracted to his name until they either watch some of his gameplay, like really sit down and watch, or google his stats.
  11. One could make an argument about two of those instances on one team in number 3 and 7, maybe...
  12. Yeah totally. I think that evaluating / scouting a player is key. If they don't necessarily make the players around them better and that said player is making 12.5M, that's a tough road ahead.
  13. Copy and pasted: Standard fantasy categories include goals, assists, plus/minus, power-play points, shots on goal and hits for skaters. Forward positions indicate Yahoo eligibility from last season (subject to change in offseason). ... Value has been quantified based on factors including but not limited to past production, projected line combinations, power-play usage, injury history, sleeper upside, anticipated regression or bounce-back candidacy, age and contract status (UFA: *; RFA: **). ... INJ. indicates player with injury concern. But who knows...
  14. Whats so awesome, is that our fanbase knows what we have in our system in Pod, Hog, Hughes, etc and those 4 guys in the top 100 or so young, we could potentially have a few more very soon, next few seasons.

Congrats, and we are so lucky to have you. Congrats to all players but a special shout out to our guys Pettersson, Boeser, Horvat, and Miller. I personally thought Quinn should have been in there but ah, whatever.
  16. He had 3 hits last season. IN 81 GAMES. No effing fan thinks he's doing ANY job. What a defensive animal. Pettersson had 42. I don't hate him, i don't like his attitude as a player or his pre-retirement recreational hockey mentality. Im not one of those fans, I am a big advocate of Benning and all of his moves and love the Myers and Benn deals and at the time, people were bidding for Eriksson at FA. Not his fault, no one saw this coming. references: https://www.hockey-reference.com/players/p/petteel01.html https://www.hockey-reference.com/players/e/erikslo01.html
