      Matthews makes his linemates better and has a better compete level.  McDavid thinks he's too good to backcheck.

      Marner might be better player than both.  Drives play.  Goes to dirty areas, plays hard without the puck.

      When McDavid decides to play as hard without the puck as he does with it, then he will be the best.  His points for will go down, his plus will go up, and his team will win more than they lose.
