    The two losses against Buffalo and Detroit and the blown lead with Vegas really sting now. They'd be sitting pretty in 3rd if not at least a wildcard now.

    I think the more frustrating comparisons should be to the Bruins and Kings. Both were successful, sucked and in the Kings case have now risen and the Bruins might be on the decline, but made it to 2 other finals since they beat us. The Canucks swung for the fences and have yet to recover

    It's easy to say wow Jim soon 23 trades and only lost 6. But if you're including things like. Leivo for Carcone as a clear W but saying Etem for Jensen is just a Draw? The numbers are obviously skewed here. Giving the Mazanec trade a straight W just because he was part of the Miller trade? Like come on.

    Yup his excellent trade and signing records over the last 7 years have us set up for a cup this year or next.

    The only players you shouldn't be trading are EP, Hughes and Demko. It's not a novel idea but some of you seem o thinks otherwise. Sometimes players just have bad seasons, ask MacKinnon before he broke out. You don't trade those guys, you trade the guys around them.
