Exactly.... and Colorado take Cozens or Dach cause they feel confident about their back end. If we are there at 6 then we could end up with a similar situation to last year.
That 10 pick just throws it off. 10 is going to be a roster player down the road. Juolevi already is a big asset. I would swap our 2nd with 10 and add on Lind.
He's worth way more to us. Why give up on a young d whose ceiling is unknown? He could very well still be 2-3 D for us by the end of the season.
I'd rather keep Juolevi and draft a top end forward or anyone of the defenceman who look to be locks to play in the top 4.
Everyone needs to let Olli do his thing.
Same. As long as our pick turns into a player that can become apart of our core. It’s harder than hell having to look back at all the players you missed and could of had but instead went with another. I trust Jim.
Boldy, Broberg, Pod or Zeg for me.
Absolutely. In my eyes there really isn’t any comparison. An extra year to develop in the K and then comes over and slides into a top 6 role for the season opener in 2020.
Benning probably just doing his due diligence as a gm and getting a feel for prices. Obviously the conversation stops when Brock is brought into it.
Zucker is a top 6 winger and brings speed. The nucks need another top 6 winger so we should see some action pretty soon. Assuming it’s not compromising our core of youth + picks.
Jake was ranked number first by TSN in both skating and physicality that year. Picking him wasn’t going off the board by any means. Bennings first draft since leaving the Bruins, is it much of surprise.
