Great to see. Changes need to happen now.... Looks like JT 's purchase on the KM pipeline and stoppage of the project is looking more and more like a smart decision. Justin T can do no wrong this year... Liberals have pretty much sewn up the next Federal election. Liberals just seem to be ahead of public opinion... while the Tories seem to stuck in a 1950 Happy Days approach..... -

The crash has started... Feel sorry for anyone that purchased in the last 12 months... Surrey is the fastest growing city in Western Canada. You would sell your dump in Pentiction and your dump in Calgary and still not be able to afford a dettached home in Beautiful surrey.... Of course you would miss the tractor pulls and half price chewing tobacco sales on Tuesday in Calgary though..... -
The whole concept of post secondary education is to secure top educational certifications / professional careers for the richest in our societies.... This kind of behavior is just an extension of what is already common practise. Like someone said above... it already happens all the time... did these people really even need to pay for it...... ??

Many of us remember when interest rates were over 11 %. Any kind of dramatic interest rate rise will destroy people in BC ability to make monthly payments.... BC wages are way to low to support most BCers level of indeptness. You are wrong. It will get ugly in BC as house prices simply do not reflect wages here in BC. Get your popcorn ready... Prices are already collapsing. People in my area tried to sell... could not.. Sat on the sideline.. and now once again are desparately trying to exit the current market... The smart money liquidated their BC holdings over a year ago..... -

Purchasing any kind of Real Estate right now IN BC is about as smart as investing in a VCR factory or dial up modem factory..... Sit back and get your popcorn ready... and watch the carnage...... -
Looks like the end of an era.... A dirty era.... but nevertheless it looks like the glory days of dirty energy are almost over... Don't need the dirty sludge KM line expanded now... STAVANGER, Norway — Norway’s US$1-trillion wealth fund, the biggest of its kind in the world, will begin dumping shares in oil and gas companies including some Canadian names, but stopped short of barring major producers like Suncor, ExxonMobil and Chevron. The move was hailed by environmental activists as a sign that the global economy is increasingly moving away from fossil fuels toward cleaner energy. The fund is looking to sell some US$7.5 billion in shares in 134 energy companies over time, including 26 Canadian names. https://vancouversun.com/commodities/energy/worlds-top-sovereign-wealth-fund-to-dump-oil-and-gas-shares/wcm/9e12529b-6e90-422a-9c4a-e0bfa733f50c

Lets just say this. I know a guy in Vancouver that is super high up in the Real Estate game..... My contact sold every piece of Vancouver real estate he owned last spring.... multiple homes.... and condos He cashed out. I wonder why ? What info did he have.... ? -
For our weak team this year......makeup...... this is the foundation Sutter provides.. Lip Stick on a pig.....
-
yah right... foundational - really ?
-
Sutter when healthy is effective defensively and can score off the rush. Good skater but not very physical. He can't pass the puck well and he makes his linemates worse offensively though. We can agree on that his body seems to be breaking down on him... He has played alot of hockey and some guys bodies give out on them earlier than others...
-
You realize Sutter had 4 th worst corsi on the team and 2 of the 3 guys below him are already off the club...
-
Fixed it for you.
-
190 games played over last 4 seasons... so 48 games a year.... on average.. So i am a no on a 30 year old that can only play half a season most years.... Seems like his body is giving out on him.. This is business.... What would Donald Trump do in this situation.... ?
-
Sutter is 4 mil this year for 4 goals..... So that is a BOAT ANCHOR of a contract. Canucks would have to retain 50% in any kind of a trade and TBH i don't think any team would even be interested with 50% of the salary retained.... JB has given out some real stinker contracts in a sad attempt to prop up a tanking roster..... JB should have let nature take its course and we could have had possible a few first or 2nd overall picks....

A couple of Liberals resigning makes no difference... With JT doing his thing and protecting Quebec business / jobs... He has sealed the next election. Quebec ridings will be a tidal wave towards the Liberals. The election will be over before Manitoba votes are counted.... Brilliantly played by Justin. Great leadership.
