[Speculation] Possible Canucks trade looming
gerry35 replied to cuporbust's topic in Trades, Rumours, Signings
A big no to Jamie Benn, questionable character at best, lazy, overpaid. Can't believe people want him here, he was called out by the Star's brass because he is playing awful. -

Morally and ethically you can't vote for the Green's, NDP or Liberals, everything they believe is based on lies.. The Conservative's are almost as bad. It's easy to decide how to vote in this election, anyone who the Media pushes or makes excuses are the one's you don't want. Don't forget that the Liberal's paid off the media with 600 million of our tax payer money. The one's who they try to silence and spread lies about are the one's you should take a good look at. Maxime Bernier and the PPC have my vote, they are the closest to what I believe in and is why they have my vote. The establishment (media, politicians etc) are threatened by them which is why they are trying to destroy them.

[PGT] Los Angeles Kings at Vancouver Canucks | Oct. 09, 2019

He was a favourite for a long time but I agree he looks bad in all of this. Things turned for the better after he left the team, everyone seemed to be on the same page after that. -
[Trade] Alex Biega to the Red Wings for David Pope
gerry35 replied to HerrDrFunk's topic in Trades, Rumours, Signings
Really like Biega and wish him all the best, I'm glad Canuck's management worked hard to make sure he had a chance to play in the NHL, looks good on them. -

I don't think so, Even though Barry Trotz is a great coach Green is a good coach too. It's only been two games so far and I'm sure they will figure it out soon. Too many "sky is falling" fans are overreacting and are ready to jump off a bridge because of a couple of bad games. The rest of us are in for the long haul and there will be more good times coming up in the near future. -

No problems with having bacon every day as long there's not too much sugar in the brine it was cured in. I eat bacon and eggs often with lot's of veggies, but no toast and the like.

For those who question if a high fat diet is harmful for you please watch this and do some research it will help you with your concerns. Like many other things in life we have been lied to for many years..........

Good plan, it makes sense for most people to gradually lower their carbs instead of going to 20 g cold turkey. Less shock on the system that way.
-
Absolutely, it does take a while but if one is disciplined you'll see results.
-
Not true, the good fats are the ones you want though. Some are absolutely terrible for you.

[Signing] Jets re-sign Kyle Connor
gerry35 replied to -Vintage Canuck-'s topic in Trades, Rumours, Signings
In before the Dubas sucks comments, great deal for the Jets He does though -
In this thread we have people that have tried it and are disciplined have had great results and those who have no idea what they are talking about being negative. Aggressive ignorance is what it is. Everyone here can do what they wish of course but I'm going to keep going ahead with this because it works. Not all fats are good, some are downright dangerous such as margarine and pretty much every type of cooking oil you can buy except olive, avocado and coconut. Animal fats are excellent for you, I have whole cream cream and berries quite often too and occasionally yogurt as well. When you find out almost everything we were taught about food is wrong it will make you angry. All these weird autoimmune diseases and the spike in heart attacks and numerous other diseases started to go up when what's called the "standard American diet" was implemented.

Great idea!
