  1. Id prefer to see him down there for about a month to pick up his speed and confidence
  2. By the looks of our year we will be down there somewhere lol Dahlin, Svechnikov, Hughes, Boqvist, Zadina, Merkley, Tkachuk, Bouchard would all be great
  3. round 3 but ya he's doing well. He reminds me a lot of Burrows. Fiesty, energy, tough, all out player with a little offensive firepower!
  4. Thought Elias was awesome today. Beautiful patience and hockey IQ. Only negative I saw in his game today is that he was knocked off the puck somewhat easily in many cases, he really needs to add on some muscle and size if he truly wants to dominate the NHL. Very exciting times with all our prospects performing admirably
  5. Been really impressed with Dahlin and pettersson so far. I haven't seen Nylander make a single nice play yet and Andersson has been meh
  6. What stands out to me is his patience. Its truly elite how he holds onto the puck, picks the best moment and either sets up a beauty play or snipes a shot
  7. https://www.tsn.ca/tv#/TSN1 Use this link and then its under the bonus section. I haven't needed to log into anything yet
  8. To clarify I highly doubt Demko gets the call as it would be better to not rush him at all. But, wouldn't be surprised if he does unfortunately.
  9. I doubt it unless we trade one of these guys at the deadline. Even then I doubt he comes up
  10. 4 prospects off to the world juniors is pretty good. Glad to see this rebuild is going along nicely.

Quality over Quantity, but you still need Quantity of good players to go with the elite. Just ask Edmonton lol

Its amazing to think of what Benning has done with this team, especially through the draft. You can already see a lineup forming.

      _____-Pettersson-Boeser

      Dahlen-Horvat-Lind

      Virtanen-Gaudette-Granlund

      Lockwood-Gaunce-Gadjovich

      Juolevi-_____

      Pouliot-Stetcher

      Tryamkin/Brisebois- Chatfield

I think we need two more elite players. A top pairing RD which we hopefully get in this draft and a top LW via trade or signing. Potentially Kane?

Totally agree.  Kane costs only money, and fills an important need.  And it’s our turn to win the draft lottery!  Dhalin!!!

Tampa Bay is the top team in the league and Cup favorite right now and they have 4 top prospects just on Team Canada. Now thats impressive.

  11. Lockwood made it! Glad to see he did and shows the arm isn't a serious injury
  12. Exactly, you want to see him do well but its only one tournament so it doesn't matter that much. Heres hoping he plays well though and shows off his skills
  13. Always enjoy a scouting site recognizing Canucks players! They definitely have a few in there

  14. Kid can throw them for sure
  15. Good to see he's not afraid of the physical side of the game. You always want guys on your team who aren't afraid to drop the gloves, especially when theres a dirty hitand your standing up for a teammate. Have to think he gets a contract done soon and will be in Utica next year. Exciting to see so many prospects with high potential.
  16. https://www.tsn.ca/team-canada-cuts-cholowski-glass-lind-from-roster-1.944414 Well Lind has been cut...that sucks. He didn't have a very good camp. Still stoked to see him rocking Canucks colours in the future!
  17. What are the chances Dahlen gets an invite to the olympic tryouts?
  18. One could argue that Jasek is already better then Cassels, given how poor Cassels has been.
  19. i think when Gaunce finally scores the flood works will open. Guy just can't seem to get a bounce right now.
  20. Man is he a competitor, the way he fights for pucks considering his size is awesome. Heres hoping his compete level off the ice matches his compete on the ice because with a few more pounds of muscle we could have an all star. When does the SHL season end? Could we see him at the end of the year?
  21. YaI agree with that. Nothing has been mentioned so far, just that he'd be able to leave in December. I imagine that Benning doesn't care too much about where he plays as long as he's playing well where he's at. My preference would be Utica so he's on the smaller ice and can work through any homesick phases this year. Plus he would be the top call up when trades occur at the deadline.
  22. Man i miss that big guy... definitely was one of the highlights of last season! Truly hoping he comes back sooner or later as he is for sure and NHL calibre defensemen and definitely top 4 potential. Stupid Willy
  23. I like how your opinion is based on one stat and that stat is the worst of them all
