Our building is the opposite, grandfathered units can smoke inside.  Personally I'd like to smoke it outside when it's cold, if I smoke it inside you wouldn't know it though.  I got an industrial floor fan blowing against my bathroom so no smoke seeps out and installed a Binford 4000 bathroom fan that would make the Tim the tool man Taylor salivate.  Other units like my neighbor are stinking up the hallway with cigarette smoke, nice one council.

I vape CBD oil which doesn't produce as much or as smelly smoke plus I always use my air purifier. If I thought others in the house could smell it I'd go in the back yard.

yeah I think she's just really dumb. She's had several dinner parties during the covid crisis too
