    Should we look at bringing back Fantenberg for next year? We need solid, cheap, players for one more year. Plus there would be a familiar face for Podkolzin.

      Really like him as a 7th defenseman. Unusually reasonable suggestion.

      His EliteProspects page says he's supposed to be playing for SKA next year but the only reports I saw online were that he signed a 1 year contract with them. If he's not under contract in the KHL still, I'd happily re-sign Fantenberg. I was confused why they let him walk anyways. Thought he did a good job as a 7D.
