    Why is it impossible to find a shorter (aprox 50” or less) 1” barbell?  I want to do some DL’s or bent over rows at home with the 1” plates I have.  I see a lot of EZ curl bars for sale but I want a straight bar

      @Coconuts I know what you're saying but you must pick. 

       

      Just looking at the cap friendly, we have 2.4 in dead cap in Jake and Holtby money that we can't do a thing about, but we moved Dickie for cap space and a player. 

       

      We have 5 years at least to recover from that lost pick in terms of getting a roster player some other way for free or as a UFA.

      I tend to agree @#Canucks. Dead cap is just useless, a black hole. 

       

      Trading picks is bad, but you can at least try make up for it with things like college free agents or SHL signings. 

       

      You can only have a 50 man roster, so if you're lucky you can make up for lost picks since there's a finite amount of players you can carry.

      not growing up with a phone, I find the constant alert thing grating. At least now its fairly easy to turn it off, or at least moderate it. I don't know how people go through the day constantly being dinged to look at something.

    I find it funny that the Leafs media is asking Matthews questions about his contract. He’s under contract for 2 more years! Literally is not allowed to sign a deal right now. Ridiculous this stuff people talk about that’s so far away. Reminds me of the Miller trade deadline talks 6 months before the deadline. Enjoy the moment people
