  1. school licenses no, but say the kid wants ProE, SolidWorks and everything Autodesk has to offer at full pop for 4 years, that would get into that number. I use a free version of Fusion 360 but my daddy wasn't a billionaire.
  2. maybe you just had too high of an expectation for 1 offseason maybe?
  3. eep, its never good when the mom's are tweeting.
  4. depends on the programs - some of the engineering packages can get quite expensive. If the kid had multiple seats in different programs it could get up there, particularly if its for 4 full years not 1.
  5. Belgium judges will tell you that personally. Depends so much on what type of beer you prefer.
  6. they did? we're just going to have to agree to disagree on the importance of a split squad pre season game.
  7. well in that case we're giving them Poolman too
  8. We need to trade them Ferland and get a pick back, then use that pick to dump Dickie to be cap compliant. I know, a guy can dream.
  9. they are exactly like you, just with more money. The ones that are truly different are the people that had the drive to create the family wealth in the first place, there aren't many of that type. Often very unusual types and can be cheapskates too. Just look at Jimmy Pattison e.g.
  10. Jose Christo, its been two split squad games and one game where we would have won with Demko in net for the whole thing. I am concerned about out two bottom pairing d groups, that one isn't close to being decided yet and there aren't a lot of exciting options there.
  11. tbh I don't think Lockwood has done nearly enough to earn a spot. Who's job would he take? I can't see him replacing anyone in the F group.
  12. yeah... dunno. I think you're making too much out of it but we'll see what the effort is like next week.
  13. do we actually know this, or did she choose to move on?
  14. a lot less cap for now. I can imagine something along the lines of the Mikheyev deal being inked if he can sustain this through January. But should still come in well under BB's current deal. I see a few options brewing if they do want to move on from Brock.
  15. first period effort was good, but yeah it did kind of fall off a bit. I don't really care, I don't need to see 110% in game 3 of the pre-season. I liked most of the big picture stuff, and did like the OEL-Hughes experiment. Poolman is such an anchor... really don't know what we can do with that.
  16. nice to have both in the pipeline. Karlsson looks like he could be a regular after maybe just one season in Abby. He could be very important if we move on from a top 6 F to bolster the d group. yep. I think that pretty much ended any faint hope Lockwood may have had to make the club, if there still was some. Kuzemko looks like he's going to be fun to watch.
  17. you can see the need for much more help on the mental health side, that's been neglected for far too long. I do remember one incident with a dude walking around with a hammer near the terminal sky train, that was a bit freaky but you could see he was not mentally well. Yeah kind of surprised a cop was travelling that fast there, that section of main is like a real life version of Frogger, you have to really watch for folks.
  18. yep its like a different city when you cross under the viaducts. But we still did a lot of stuff in Chinatown, just kind of have to keep your head up.
