Can y'all figure out why it will not allow me to register for the new forum? Is it because I am a dirty American?

This forum along with TEAM1040 were HUGE parts of my staying connected to the team and our fans (toxic as we are lol) down here in the states since 2005. I have connected with people who have sent me news clippings, Canucks Army tees, playoff car flags and other awesome items that I will always be grateful for. Hell I even got my tattoo from a logo mashup posted on here way back in the day which ended up in Jory doing an article on me on CDC! Mind you it got severely infected and looks terrible now, but this dysfunctional forum is responsible for that lol. From crying on my keyboard during Linden's last game to angrily punching my keys after we lost to the Shithawks in the playoffs for the umpteenth time, I will miss this place. All good things must come to and end, but honestly I think i saw more negative than positive the past few years so maybe it is just time. Much love from a diehard down here in Texas and hit me up if you come to Dallas any time soon. GCG!!! Pretty cool side story: My daughter who is turning 18 next weekend bought me a cool 3D glass hologram with this photo in it. She knows just how much I love this team and that gesture from her made my day.

On yesterday's national broadcast of NYR and WSH, Sean McDonagh mentioned Demko as a likely target of LAK and then asked Ferraro if Cami has told him anything to which he acted aloof (for good reason obviously). You cannot help but think that the pure mention of it on a non-Canucks broadcast (in the US no less) has to show there is some smoke somewhere. McD even mentioned them having Copley under contract and how he would be a great backup to Demko who is on a very reasonable contract. That said, I can see it or any moves being made around the draft if they happen.

Him flying home almost sounds more like she is expecting a little early since it is really just a week away. Unless we get a fair return, I am all for keeping him and also allowing him to spend some time with her prior to and after the delivery.

Was really hoping Jake would work out in Abby as I know him from his days here as a Lone Star Brahma with our local NAHL team. Great kid and hella fun to watch play. I would definitely like to see JT in Petey's spot on PP2 which might also help BB6. Put Kuzy on the half-wall and either Joshua or Studnicka in front of the net on PP1 since both play a gritty game and have some size. At this point I would not even mind trying Mysie in front of the net, but something tells me he would break in half lol. I agree that JT playing on his off-side is predictable and takes away time/space he would normally have on the other wing.

Not a bad idea, but Kuzy has also been effective with net-front presence as he has a strong stick on the ice and seems to be very hard to move.
