Harvey, is it true they are getting rid of agents representing buyers and sellers on the same transaction. If my realtor has a listing I want to buy and I have bought a few times through him in the past I suddenly won't be able to choose him as my realtor? How does that make sense? The province is funded on real estate. For sure there are other sectors but real estate is the cats pajamas in BC and a few others. If the market stops churning, the other sectors die quickly. That is why the govts are complicit in these prices etc. They don't want it to go away. It's their cash cow. Transfer Tax, New Home Starts etc it's their gravy train.

Rates may rise. Real Estate is the strength of many provinces economies. If they tinker too much it will get ugly in a hurry.

I met Jake at Chopped Leaf the other day. Had a good chat with him. No one there knew who he was so it was real relaxed. Asked him about the coaching change in Vancouver. He liked Willie (being PC maybe) and really enjoys Travis. He was happy about his training. He said he worked really hard on his weight and strength. One thing I noticed, he was really thick. He was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and was a big dude. I have met a few players over the years and none had a build like Jake. Jake just isn't cut yet, but he looks like he is 'farmer strong'. He had a very healthy salad. Driving a beautiful black SRT Challenger. I think he appreciated that no one really recognized him and he could sit and have his salad in peace while texting and surfing on his phone. Shook my hand a few times during the chat. I hope the dude crushes it this year.

The idea of drafting a professional ready player (whether AHL or NHL) seems like a no brainer. Too many college or more time in the CHL players.

Based on? Games, Points, Cups etc? If so, they are virtually the same. Burrows still has a career going on. Stillman has virtually similar numbers. Remember, Alex was NOT a 6th overall pick to which I was referencing with my reply. Lindholm was the throw in to see who would be triggered. Congrats for being the first. Your first line could not be more opinion based. You have no idea what or where Burrows could play because it isn't ever going to happen. With that said, Burr has had a better career than a LOT of 6th overalls.

Is it true Jake is playing roller hockey right now? He could use some time with Gary Roberts. If Travis is the coach Jake will at least know what is expected of him.
